Our caravan is a very short distance from the onsite Spar shop, complex and reception so kick off those sandals, stretch out on your king-size bed and flick on your wireless iPod dock. Our Swift Bordeaux Exclusive is the most luxurious caravan holiday home.
Along with quality furniture, baby-soft chenille fabrics and high-tech electrics, our caravan is designed so that the layout is maximised for space and light. So even the shower cubicle feels roomy. With a large front and vaulted windows, the caravan feels bright inside even when it’s raining.
The Swift Bordeaux exclusive is a deluxe caravan which is stylishly furnished offering the comfort of your own home, with free standing sofas, central heating and double glassing, dining table and chairs giving luxury throughout and ample space to relax.
The caravan sleeps 6 people and has three bedrooms with en-suite toilet to the Double Master bedroom, the double master has a TV, double wardrobe, dressing table and plenty of storage cupboards. We have a further 2 x twin rooms with single beds in each also with wardrobes and storage cupboards.
All of the bedrooms have memory foam mattresses, padded headboards and LED under locker lighting.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with soft close units, a gas fronted oven, grill and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, cooking utensils, tea, coffee and sugar canisters, full size fridge and freezer, full size dining table and chairs, integrated bin, with a vacuum, ironing board, mop, bucket and broom located in the boiler cupboard. Iron and hairdryers are also provided.
The Lounge has 2 x free standing sofas with scatter cushions, 2 x upholstered cube foot stools which house in the coffee table, a contemporary electric fire place, TV with Freeview, DVD player, USB charging points and a Bluetooth speaker system.
We have a selection of books, DVDs, games and toys for your enjoyment.
The Lounge also offers double opening doors onto a lovely raised decking area which has table, chairs and parasol.
BBQs are permitted away from the caravan on the slabbed patio area to the side of the caravan. This area also offers a grassy area for playing / relaxing.
The caravan is NO smoking as is the decking and NO pets are allowed.
The family bathroom has a large shower cubicle with glass sliding door and thermostatic shower, vanity unit with shaver point and a dual flush toilet and acrylic splash backs.
We have 1 allocated parking space to the front of the caravan.
Linen is not provided just pillows and duvets, so please bring your own or contact Haven before arrival to purchase from them if required.
Travel cot and high chair available on request.
In addition to holiday costs and deposit we request a care and respect bond of £75.00 which we will return to you once the van has been checked for damages and cleanliness. We will refund within 2 weeks of departure if no issues are found.
Prices of fun passes are not included in the price; these are to be purchased from reception if you are to use Havens facilities.

About the Area
On the ParkOnce inside the secure complex area of Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village there are many activities for all. You will never be bored at Haven Holliday Village, with heated swimming pools indoors and outdoors (recently refurbished), tennis courts, archery, fencing, fun zone play area, nature reserve, crazy golf, direct access to Burnham-on-Sea beach, an all-weather sports court and, for the thrill seeker there is a high ropes course and zip wire!
Burnham-on-Sea also has on Spar shop, off licence, in-store bakery, fish and chip shop, launderette, hire shop and Papa John's pizza; they will also deliver straight to your caravan door!!!
There are kids' clubs for all ages providing fun and games.
The show bar has entertainment every evening, which is great for children and adults; most evenings there is cash bingo for the over 18s and prize bingo for all ages. The Mash & Barrel lounge bar and cafe also allows you to enjoy a meal and have a quiet drink.
There are also several aqua activities.
There's also two superb fishing lakes, 1 x match lake and 1 x specimen lake, which are well stocked with Carp, Bream, Roach, Pike and Rudd. You will require a valid fishing licence, and there is a small charge for the use of the lake. Lodges can be hired for night fishing.

A Funworks pass is required to enter and use all facilities. These are not included in the price, but can be obtained at the reception when checking in. The prices for passes are:

Entertainment passes are available to all holiday makers from the Haven site reception office when you book in and collect the caravan keys.
Out & About
The town centre is just a short walk along the promenade and has a variety of restaurants, cafés, shops and a superstore.
Other places of interest locally include: Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Brean Leisure Park, Glastonbury, Exmoor National Park, Weston Super Mare, Clarks Village, East Somerset Steam Train, Berrow Animal Farm, Bristol city centre, Wells & Exeter Cathedrals.
