Caravan Description
We have a 2015 Willerby Rio Prestige 2 bed caravan, complete with double glazing, combi-gas central heating and gas fire in the lounge.
The caravan is a stones throw from the main resort facilities and activity centre with private parking next to caravan, and some views overlooking Chesil beach.
Our caravan will comfortably sleep six, One double bedroom with walk in wardrobe, a twin-room with bed side tables and wardrobe, and convertible sofa bed in the lounge.
The lounge area is equipped with 'floating' sofa style seating with scatter back cushions. 40” digital LCD flat-screen TV with integrated Freeview, DVD player and a selection of over 30 DVD’s, books, children’s story books and games.
The well equipped kitchen includes all cutlery, utensils, a full-height fridge-freezer and integrated microwave, gas oven and hob, as well as an externally vented extractor fan cooker hood.
No smoking, or pets are allowed in our caravan due to owners suffering from Asthma and allergic reactions.
We would ask that you leave our privately owned caravan in a clean condition.
The Littlesea site is a family holiday park not suitable for Stag / Hen parties and therefore not permitted on site or in our caravan.
Duvets and pillows are supplied but you will require your own linen and bath/tea towels. Alternatively, bedding can be hired direct from Haven if required. An iron and ironing board is provided, and also a vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. fold up buggy available for you to use while hiring our caravan . Bench seat, 4 chairs, table.
Free Wi-Fi access is available in and around the main facility centre.

A £100 none refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and full payment is required a minimum of 4 weeks prior to holiday date.
£75 is also required as a security deposit against possible damages, which is returned to you after your stay on inspection.
Checking in time is 14:00, Checking out by 10:00.
Our price DOES NOT include facility passes. These can be purchased directly on site from Haven.
