Welcome to our lovely 2 bedroom Oakley caravan, and situated in the owners' park - The Sycamore, in a quieter area.

Our caravan is like home from home .... comments from previous bookings.

The caravan is doubled glazed and centrally heated throughout and offers an open plan living area comprising kitchen and lounge.

The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances, which include a gas cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster , iron , ironing board , Hoover and all the usual essentials.

The lounge has a lovely big seating area, a flat screen TV with built-in DVD player and a good selection of DVDs.

The sleeping accommodation includes a spacious master bedroom with en-suite WC with wash basin, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe.

Bed linen is provided and beds made up for your arrival, please bring towels and tea towels as not provided.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Outside we have a new wooden patio table and chairs with parasol for those lovely summer days.

We have wind breaks and body boards & buckets and spades for the children to use .

Rotary washing line & pegs for your convenience.

Bookings & Conditions

Sorry, no all young male/female parties. This is Parkdean policy as this is family resort.

Sorry, no pets and strictly no smoking, or vaping .

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival time from 3 pm we do aim for earlier and will message when the caravan is available - prompt 10 am to vacate please .

Bookings are subject to a £100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Full payment due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

A refundable deposit of £100 is also required when booking your holiday. This will be returned within 7 days after your holiday - subject to no breakages, loss and/or damage found.

Payment accepted by direct bank transfer (BACS) or personal cheque.

About the Area

Mullion Holiday Park is a quiet family park on the Lizard Peninsula. It has many facilities, including a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a bar and grill with free Wi-Fi, a club house that provides entertainment for all ages and an amusement arcade.

There is also a fish and chip take away, a Nisa convenience store, adventure playground, grassed football pitch, basketball court, crazy golf, indoor soft play area for toddlers and a launderette.

Weekly passes for the use of Parkdean's facilities are available at reception at a cost of £10 per person off peak , £15 per person peak .

There is a Tesco , Lidl and Sainsbury's supermarket in nearby Helston.
