This stunning Pemberton Monterey is available at Church Farm Holiday Park, based in the quiet seaside town of Pagham in West Sussex.
The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated throughout and has a very light and airy feeling.
It offers an ultra-modern, open plan living space with raised lounge, patio doors and all integrated appliances, along with top quality fixtures and fittings.
A soft colour scheme and a plush sofa mean our Monterey is an ideal holiday home to relax in space and light.
The intelligently designed side walkway means both bedrooms benefit from plenty of floor space. The master bedroom has a hidden en-suite shower room with a luxury feel to it, plus extensive fitted wardrobe space and a TV. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be put together to make a double if need be, fitted wardrobes and a TV.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge freezer etc., plus all the crockery and cutlery that you will need.
The caravan has a veranda with seating and a lockable gate, so is safe for children. There is also a patio area with table and chairs, along with parking available.
Linen can be hired from us or you can bring your own.
Our prices do not include the Haven passes, which are available to purchase upon arrival at the Park. These allow you to use the Park's facilities. We can arrange the paperwork for you to obtain these.
If you don't want to use the Park's facilities and just want to enjoy the caravan and visit the surrounding areas then you do not need to buy the passes.
