Caravan Description
This is a privately owned, very spacious, 37' x 12' caravan that sleeps 6 people.
It has an open plan living area and includes a gas fire, electric panel heating and double glazing throughout.
The caravan is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac area of Southveiw Leisure Park and has a large decking, which is very private with the sun covering it most of the day, and for a relaxing night we have outside decking lights for you to enjoy in the evening (switch in boiler cupboard).
It is just like being at home and comes complete with a flat screen TV and CD player.
The caravan comprises:
Bedroom 1: King size bed and vanity unit with drawers and wardrobes and plenty of storage space.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds with overhead storage space and vanity unit with a small wardrobe.
Shower Room: Shower and vanity unit with sink and wall heater and toilet.
Lounge: With a gas fire, electric panel heating, two three seater settees (one being a sofa bed), a dining area with table and chairs.
Kitchen: With a good size cooker, integrated fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, crockery and plenty of cupboard space.
We provide all bedding and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Towels and tea towels are provided and the caravan is cleaned by us personally, to a high standard.
Bookings & Conditions
- Lead names must be over 21 years of age.
- No all female/male parties allowed (site rules)
- When booking we will require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your holiday
- We also require a £50 bond on arrival with the keys. (This will be refunded after your holiday when handing in your keys at 12 Noon providing the caravan has been left to our standard).
- Overall payment needs to be finalised 8 weeks before your holiday.

About the Area
Our caravan is within easy walking distance of all facilities on Southveiw Leisure Park, which is a four star holiday resort with something for everyone.Facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool with water slide, Jacuzzi, sauna and sun beds, an indoor gym, indoor cafe, Boat House bar and restaurant, outdoor play area, football, basketball court, a 9 hole golf course and 2 well-stocked fishing lakes.
There is also a show bar and entertainment centre open every night for adults and children, with cabarets, bingo, kids' club etc.
Passes for some of these activities are available at the reception area.
There is an excellent bus service from the Park to Skegness for a day out with the family, if you fancy leaving the car behind.
