This new ABI Alderley caravan with double glazing and has full central heating throughout, has one double bedroom with en-suite and one twin room. There is also a pull-out bed in the living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker/hob, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also plenty of cutlery, plates and cooking essentials.

The living area is spacious and incorporates the dining space. The caravan has flat screen TV with built-in DVD and Freeview, a modern electric fire and a balcony doors which takes you out onto a large decked area. The decked area wraps around the front and down most of the length of the caravan and includes a bistro set just outside balcony doors and a patio set for dining on those long sunny days.

We also provide iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Duvets, pillows and bed linen is provided.

About the Area

The caravan is in a quiet area of the park, yet still near all the facilities. An entertainments pass will be provided so you can make full use of all the amenities.

The park has heated indoor and outdoor pool with flume, fishing lake, pool tables, amusements, tennis court, football, table tennis, crazy golf, giant chess, clubhouse and bar with free Wi-Fi, shop, laundrette, take away. There is regular entertainment including kids club, bingo, cabaret etc.

The site is located between Looe and Polperro. It is only a 30-40 minute drive to Plymouth with its historic barbican and city centre with plenty of shopping opportunities. Fowey, Padstow, Mevagissey, Newquay and many other popular places are within about a two hour drive.
