It is in a prime position on the Park, in a very quiet area with stunning views over the sea of Tremadog Bay and towards the Snowdonia Mountain Range. It really is a view to be appreciated and being just 2 minutes from the beach on the headland, it is ideally located.
Our holiday lodge is modern and offers double glazing and central heating throughout.
It is very well-equipped and sleeps 5 for privacy, but a 6th person can stay using a guest bed, which can be provided. Upon request.
As private owners we take great pride in our lodge as it is our home, and we keep it to the highest of standards. We have had new carpets and wooden flooring throughout this year.
The lodge has one large double bedroom which can easily fit the guest bed or even a travel cot (not provided), along with bedroom 2 which has an Adult bunk bed this is very sturdy and has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top and in this room you could also fit the travel cot.
There is a modern bathroom with shower and bath, plus a chrome radiator. There is a handle provided should you need this to get out of the bath as well.
The living room, with large double patio doors, has wonderful views over the sea, two large sofas, a chrome fire and large flat screen TV with a DVD player and Freesat.. There is also a large dining table and deep pile new carpets. Also, binoculars to admire the view!
The fully fitted, cream Shaker style kitchen offers all white goods, including a washing machine and freezer, and also comes complete with a microwave, hoover, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
There is a large glass fronted wrap-around veranda with patio furniture to enjoy the views and eat al-fresco in the summer. The gate at the side of the lodge is lockable too. There is private parking by the side of the lodge for your convenience.
For the less able bodied the lodge benefits from having a ramp at the side and a handle at the side of the shower.
All you need to provide is your bed linen, towels and tea towels. This year we are offering bed linen at an extra cost if you require it, so please enquire.
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date. After the balance has been paid, we are sorry but this is non-refundable.
A £150 returnable security bond is also payable with the balance of the holiday, which will be refunded after the lodge has been checked and found to be left clean and tidy as you found it, with no loss or damage.
Please note that leisure passes are not included in the price of your holiday. A form will be filled in for you to collect your passes and pay
On arrival. All havens rules sorry. Owners can not provide passes.
Only the people registered staying in the lodge can stay due to insurance reasons.
We are a non smoking lodge and sorry no pets.
