Lodge Description
We have a modern and well-equipped 2 bedroom lodge for hire, with WiFi, on one of the best pitches at Shorefield Country Park.
The lodge is in a quiet cul-de-sac with trees in front and behind, and is not overlooked. It is also very close to all the site amenities. The lodge is large, measuring 40' by 16'.
The lodge has allocated parking outside for 2 cars and is surrounded by decking on two sides. There is an outside rattan table and chairs set with sun umbrella for al-fresco dining. There are also two sun loungers as well as an additional patio for barbecues.
The lodge benefits from gas central heating as well having a remote controlled, flame effect fire in the large open plan lounge/dining area. The lounge has 2, two seater settees, one of which converts to a double bed settee. There is a 46" flat screen, Smart TV and also a DVD player with a selection of DVDs for children as well as some board games. There is also access to free WiFi.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, ample storage, a flat screen TV and en-suite shower room with basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, walk-in wardrobe and a flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, a WC and basin.
The kitchen is well-equipped and comes complete with cooking utensils, a microwave, coffee maker, full size fridge and freezer, 5 ring gas hob and gas oven, a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
There is an outside storage shed with access to beach essentials and games to play outside.
Club passes to access all the facilities and entertainment on the site are available to purchase, but are an additional extra to the rental cost. Shorefield have moved to digital passes. For the current season 2024, owners are able to purchase these digital passes for guests at a discount. This works out at £80 a week for a family of four. This would be an additional charge to the rental cost.

About the Area
Shorefield Country Park is a 5 star rated holiday park set in 100 acres of landscaped grounds. It has also been awarded the David Bellamy Gold Award for conservation.Facilities on site include: Indoor and outdoor heated pools, play areas, tennis courts, fitness suite, gym and Reflections Elemis Day Spa, clubhouse, bar and lounge, restaurant and bistro, supermarket.
Entertainment programme for adults and children.
The mainly pebble beach front at Milford on Sea can be reached on foot through the park in 10/15 minutes, or by car within 4/5 minutes.
The views across to the Isle of Wight are beautiful, as are the sunsets. There are foot ferries that run from Keyhaven to Hurst Castle which is just along from Milford on Sea. Alternatively you can drive to Christchurch/Mudeford Quays in approximately 15/20 minutes.
Other nearby coastal areas include Barton on Sea, Highcliffe and Bournemouth.
Highcliffe is the nearest sandy beach. From Mudeford Quay you can take the ferry across to Hengistbury Head and the beautiful Sandbank beach with its colourful, and expensive, beach huts.
Lymington, with its shops and bustling quay is only 3 miles away. You can walk or cycle there from Milford / Keyhaven along the estuary paths that run through the old salt flats - a haven for birdlife.
The New Forest is only 3 miles away. The New Forest tour bus stops at Shorefield during the summer months and drops you off at local sightseeing spots around the New Forest.
There is lots to do locally with the attractions of Beaulieu, and the famous motor museum only a few miles away and Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park world is also nearby for fun days out.
