Caravan Description
This is our 36 x 12, double glazed caravan for hire on the much sought after Primrose Field area of the 5-star rated Primrose Valley Holiday Park, just a short walk from the entertainment complex.
The large lounge area has a TV with Freeview and the kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and utensils.
Each of the bedrooms has electric blow heating.
The caravan benefits from having a shower room with toilet and wash basin, along with a separate toilet with washing facilities.
Outside we have decking around the caravan; ideal for enjoying the sun.
Included in the price is gas and electric.
The children's park is 150 yards away and it’s a five-minute walk to the main club/entertainment complex.
The caravan is sited in an excellent location close to the main complex and kids play area. There is a lovely big grass area for children to play and patio area for good weather to sit outside which is not overlooked by another caravan
The caravan has three bedrooms two twin rooms and a double which sleep six.

Bookings & Conditions
Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10.30am.
A £70 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Reaming balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
A £50 security bond is payable when the balance is due which will be returned once the van has been cleared of any breakages or damages.
To comply with site rules, we do not allow same sex couples or pets in the caravan.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
The abuse of any of these rules will result in termination of your holiday and no refund will be issued.

Primrose Valley is situated between Filey and Scarborough and offers a fun-filled holiday with swimming pools, zip wire, go-karts etc. with two large entertainment rooms for day and evening entertainment.Entertainment passes are required to access most facilities, which we can arrange for you in our price - this is cheaper and more convenient than waiting in a queue at reception.
