Caravan Description
This caravan has 2 bedrooms. The master room has a en-suite/Jack and Jill bathroom and walk in wardrobe, the twin room has 2 single beds one of which can be folded away for cot space. There is a double bed situated in the seating area. There's a TV with built in Freeview and DVD player. It is fully double glazed and fitted with central heating.
There's a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster ect. Pillows and duvets are provided but bed linen and towels are not supplied! Although we allow pets this is restricted to 1 per booking
Bookings & conditions
We offer 3 nights, 4 nights and 7 night breaks A £50 deposit will secure your booking we also require a £50 refundable deposit (PayPal or cheque) for damages. This will be refunded within 14 days when the caravan has been checked and has been left in good order and the keys returned (ie clean, with no damage or missing items).
Payments can be made either by cash, bank transfer or Paypal. The full balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start of you holiday.
We do not allow smoking or same sex groups (park rules) and only 1 dog per booking.
This is our own holiday home, we therefor only welcome families and people who will look after our caravan with respect.

About the Area
Our caravan is situated on Spruce Green which has a parking space and is a very short walk to the amenities and the beach is a short walk across the road which has a Blue flag award for cleanliness.The site has a spar shop and laundrette on site as well as Papa Johns Pizza ( with free delivery to the caravan ) and a fish and chip shop.
The entertainment complex has a show bar with nightly entertainment, a Quayside restaurant for meal with a soft play area for children and also a dog friendly outdoor rattan seating area. There is also children's shows and character breakfast, the little Cubs club (ages 1-4), club R&B (ages 5-11), T-Co zone club (ages 12-16).
The Newley refurbished indoor swimming pool has a slide and other activities which can be booked at reception there is also a heated outdoor pool with slide and sun loungers.
There is a arcade, a small fair ground with dodgems, go carts and crazy golf ect...
You will need to purchase Funworks Entertainment passes from Haven on arrival as these are NOT included in the rental charge!! However these are free for children under 4.
