Caravan Description
Welcome to my webpage for our lovely 3 bedroom, 8 berth, Connoisseur caravan for hire on the fabulous Presthaven Sands Resort in North Wales.
The caravan benefits from full central heating and double glazing. It is in spectacular condition and sits on a lovely corner plot in Erddig, only 1 minute from the resort centre.
It has three bedrooms, one double bed and two twin rooms. It also has a comfortable fold-down double bed in the lounge area.
There is a car park just across the road in front of the caravan, although you may park at the side of the caravan for loading and unloading.
The caravan comes with a gas fire and TV in the lounge area, and a full size gas oven, full size fridge/freezer and microwave in the kitchen, along with all other kitchen essentials you would expect.
You will find two bathrooms here, one with a toilet and sink and the other with an ample sized shower, toilet and sink.
Duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases are provided, but you will need to bring your own towels.
Keys are collected from Haven's main reception on your day of arrival.
You should find your holiday home in good clean condition, as I have a great lady who cleans for me. However, if you should have any problems then please contact me immediately.
This is also our holiday home so I would love it if you treated it with the care that it deserves!! Have a fab time!!
Bookings & Conditions
Booking your holiday could not be easier!!
A £70 deposit is required to secure your booking and to cover any damages that may occur during your stay.
This is refunded by post/bank transfer after your holiday if the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition and no damage or loss has occurred.
The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday (or the full payment if less than 6 weeks).
Bookings are from Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday (arrive 3pm and depart 10.30am).
Families and couples are very welcome, but strictly no pets or hen/stag parties.
Bookings made by anyone under 25 must contact me in person beforehand.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer, cheque or postal order.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking for your holiday at Presthaven Sands Holiday Park then refunds will be issues as follows:
8 weeks or more before holiday - 100% will be refunded
6-8 weeks before holiday - 75% will be refunded
4-6 weeks before holiday - 50% will be refunded
Less than 4 weeks no refunds possible
In all cases the £70 deposit paid will not be refunded.
Fun Works Passes
To use the facilities at Presthaven Sands Holiday Park you will need to purchase a Fun Works Pass for all pools, entertainment venues and bars. The cost of these is not included in your holiday price, but can be booked in advance and are collected and paid for by yourself on arrival from the Park's reception.
The Fun Works Pass prices are set by Presthaven Sands Holiday Park and are currently as follows:
7 Nights Peak Season: Adults £39 - Children £20 - Max capped limit £178
7 Night Off Peak Season: Adults £26.50 - Children £13.75 - Max capped limit £128
Peak dates are school holiday and bank holidays. Off Peak dates are all other dates.

About the Area
Presthaven Sands is not only a place where you are able to relax, enjoy yourself and feel at home, but a place where you can have as much fun as you want, at any time you want!There is an attractive beach which you can have a nice walk along or you can make a day of it and follow the path from the beginning of the site to the end of the site, and maybe stop and have a picnic and a play in the sand.
The Park also has many different activities, which any age group can take part in including; the new outdoor Lazy River, which has proved really popular as part of the complex of two indoor swimming pools (a shallow pool and a deep pool) and an outdoor pool for those sunny days. In the same building there is a small Wacky Warehouse for small children.
Other activities include a large skating rink, adventure golf, climbing wall, two parks (one at the beginning of the site and one in the middle of the site), go-karting and a family fun fair.
If you have any energy left after all that, you can always be entertained in one of the two Showbars which offer a full package of cabaret, comedy and kids shows. The Showbars are close to Burger King, Papa John's Pizza and the on-site fish and chip shop, just in case you get hungry.
At the entrance of the caravan park there is a bus facility, which will take you into Rhyl town centre if required.
