This luxury, immaculate, large, 38 x 12, 6 berth caravan on Holiday Resort Unity offers double glazing and gas central heating, and comes complete with a patio area and large decking at the front and side of the caravan.
The lounge has patio doors leading onto the stylish front decking area. The storage and display furniture contains a TV (with integrated Freeview) and a DVD player. In addition to the central heating the lounge area has a modern fitted electric fire. There is fixed seating in the lounge, with a separate arm chair and a pull-out double bed.
The open plan kitchen dining area has a range of textured finished cabinets and comes with a 4 burner hob, twin cavity oven and grill, integrated fridge freezer and stainless steel sink and drainer with a mixer tap. The kitchen has a fixed dining seating area.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite containing low level bedside cabinets and reading lamps, along with generous wardrobe space and a dressing area with a mirror. The master bedroom is large enough to house a travel cot, which can be provided free of charge upon request. The twin bedroom replicates the master, but contains twin single beds.
Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds. All you need to take are duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
The family bathroom contains a large rectangular shower with toughened glass sliding door and thermostatic mixer, along with a porcelain WC, basin with vanity unit and mirrors.
This caravan has everything you may need for your holiday.
We offer 7 night stays, short breaks of 4 nights (Monday to Friday) or 3 nights (Friday to Monday).

About the Area
Our caravan is situated in a perfect spot opposite the children's park on the famous Holiday Resort Unity, which is just a 5 minute walk from the beach, town, amusement park (with over 30 fairground rides) and all the local amenities, pubs and clubs.The site itself offers a range of amenities that include a launderette, shop, takeaways, indoor bowling, children's play area, sun beds, a gym, children's club, a mini train, fishing, an 18 hole golf course, swimming pool and outdoor fun splash with water slides, pony trekking, evening entertainment at 4 different venues and a night club at weekends. Also on site you will find a hire shop for go karts, high chairs and cots etc. and a well-stocked supermarket, plus much, much more.
The beach is a short walk away just over the road.
If you fancy a day out from the site, you can visit Cheddar Gorge, Weston Super Mare, Clarks Village, Sea Life Centre and many more. You can get a bus to Weston or Burnham from outside the main entrance of Unity Park.
