This ABI Ambleside 40ft x 13ft holiday home is classified as a ‘Luxury Platinum Ultimate Property’.

THIS EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH LEVEL OF HOLIDAY HOME IS NOT AVAILABLE TO BOOK THROUGH HAVEN.

Refined, elegant and sumptuously furnished, this high-end luxury two bedroom holiday home has a light, airy and spacious feel to it. It sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, plus a double sofa bed for occasional use for an 2 children if required.

Wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD players in all rooms.

French doors opening onto a huge, secure, raised veranda deck with rattan garden furniture. There is also a paved patio area and private parking right outside the door.

The caravan comprises:

Lounge Area

Large, open-plan living area with tasteful personal touches, chosen with care, to make your stay really relaxing and comfortable, just as if it were your own home. It offers excellent lighting throughout and sumptuous co-ordinating furnishings and fabrics.

Amenities include a large wall-mounted 43" flat screen TV/DVD player with remote control; two very comfortable free-standing two-seater sofas and pouf; occasional coffee tables; central chandelier lighting and numerous remote-control lamps; fireplace with living flame electric fire; carpet flooring; ceiling Bluetooth speakers with DAB radio; USB charging sockets; double sofa-bed in one of the sofas, for occasional use for 2 children.

Kitchen Area

The large, well equipped, modern kitchen includes full size, integrated appliances; gas oven and five-ring range hob, dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer, family size fridge/freezer, along with a microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pans, crockery, glasses and utensils you need to cater for family meal times. There's also lots of cupboard space for storage; soft closing doors and drawers; ceiling spotlights; wood laminate vinyl flooring; iron and ironing board.

King Size Master Double Bedroom

Two full-size single beds with duvets and pillows provided; 24" wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD player with remote control; bedside table; wardrobe with lots of coat hangers; shelving with mirror over; ceiling downlighters and additional bedside light; lots of additional under-bed storage; USB charging sockets; powerful hair dryer; carpet flooring.

Main Shower Room/Family Bathroom

Within the shower room there’s a large shower enclosure with powerful and fully adjustable shower, wash hand basin with mirror and toilet, along with lots of storage space, extractor fan, heated towel rail, electric shaver/toothbrush sockets and wood laminate vinyl flooring.

En-Suite Bathroom with Shower

Situated off the master bedroom, it contains a toilet, wash hand basin with mirror, shower, bathroom cabinet storage, extractor fan, heated towel rail and wood laminate vinyl flooring.

Outside

The area around the caravan is lawned and has a private paved patio area. French doors from the living room open onto a huge, secure raised veranda deck with rattan garden furniture.

Private car park space directly outside the door.

Housekeeping

The holiday home will be cleaned thoroughly and prepared prior to your arrival. We ask you to leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure please.

Duvets and pillows are provided so all you need to bring is your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets) and towels.

Please be aware that we have a strict no smoking policy in our holiday homes and pets are not allowed on the park.

Location

Sited in one of the most prestigious areas of the park, in a private cul-de-sac, our holiday home is just a stone's throw from the main entertainment complex, swimming pools, restaurants and bars, and a 10 minute walk from Burnham-on-Sea centre, the seafront and sandy beach.

Our luxurious Platinum Ultimate holiday home is located in a prestigious cul-de-sac on the Haven Holiday Village at Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset.

The park itself is on the seafront at Burnham-on-Sea.

With indoor and outdoor pools, lots of sports facilities, bars, restaurant and a showbar, you'll find something to keep all ages entertained both day and night.

The Haven Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village is directly on the sea front and only a minute's walk from the town centre so you won’t even need to use the car once you’re there.

It is just a few miles along the coast from Weston-Super-Mare and minutes from Junction 22 of the M5 motorway.

Out & About:

The ever popular Somerset seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea boasts one of the longest stretches of glorious golden sand in Europe – seven miles of award winning beaches.

The busy town centre enjoys a good mix of traditional shops and high street names, with several large shopping destinations just a stone’s throw away.

You’ll find affordable cafes and fish & chips shops and a great choice of English, French, Italian, Chinese and Indian restaurants, pubs and bars.

Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury, Wells, Street, Bath, Bristol and lots of other nearby towns and attractions are virtually on the doorstep.
