Refined, elegant and sumptuously furnished, this high-end luxury two bedroom holiday home has a light, airy and spacious feel to it. It sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, plus a double sofa bed for occasional use for an additional 2 people if required.

The caravan comprises:
Large, open-plan living area with tasteful personal touches, chosen with care, to make your stay really relaxing and comfortable, just as if it were your own home. It offers excellent lighting throughout and sumptuous co-ordinating furnishings and fabrics.
Amenities include a large wall-mounted 43" flat screen TV/DVD player with remote control; two very comfortable free-standing two-seater sofas and pouf; occasional coffee tables; central chandelier lighting and numerous remote-control lamps; fireplace with living flame electric fire; carpet flooring; ceiling Bluetooth speakers with DAB radio; USB charging sockets; double sofa-bed in one of the sofas, for occasional use for 2 children.
The large, well equipped, modern kitchen includes full size, integrated appliances; gas oven and five-ring range hob, dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer, family size fridge/freezer, along with a microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pans, crockery, glasses and utensils you need to cater for family meal times. There's also lots of cupboard space for storage; soft closing doors and drawers; ceiling spotlights; wood laminate vinyl flooring; iron and ironing board.

Within the shower room there’s a large shower enclosure with powerful and fully adjustable shower, wash hand basin with mirror and toilet, along with lots of storage space, extractor fan, heated towel rail, electric shaver/toothbrush sockets and wood laminate vinyl flooring.
En-Suite Bathroom with Shower
Situated off the master bedroom, it contains a toilet, wash hand basin with mirror, shower, bathroom cabinet storage, extractor fan, heated towel rail and wood laminate vinyl flooring.
The area around the caravan is lawned and has a private paved patio area. French doors from the living room open onto a huge, secure raised veranda deck with rattan garden furniture.

The holiday home will be cleaned thoroughly and prepared prior to your arrival. We ask you to leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure please.
Duvets and pillows are provided so all you need to bring is your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets) and towels.
Please be aware that we have a strict no smoking policy in our holiday homes and pets are not allowed on the park.
Sited in one of the most prestigious areas of the park, in a private cul-de-sac, our holiday home is just a stone's throw from the main entertainment complex, swimming pools, restaurants and bars, and 10 minutes' walk from Burnham-on-Sea centre, the seafront and sandy beach.
