Caravan Description
This is a brand new, 2017, platinum luxury caravan. It is a Swift Bordeaux Exclusive with 3 bedrooms (named Vaidas Villa) located on Hafan y Mor holiday park situated between Portmadog and Pwllheli in north Wales
It is a privately owned caravan and is sited on probably the best part of the park close to all amenities, with just a one minute walk to the new water park complex that as just had a fantastic rebuild costing 3 million pound.
The caravan comes with everything needed for a relaxing "home from home" feel, with full central heating throughout and double glazed windows and doors.
There is a PlayStation 3 with selection of games, also a selection of DVDs with a DVD player. I have recently replaced TV now is 40 inch with free view. Caravan also equipped with built in blue tooth system speakers in ceilings and full remote control.
The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped, to include a fan assisted gas cooker and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a large fridge freezer and the obvious pots, pans, cutlery etc.... There is table seating for 6 persons.
To the external area of the holiday home there is a beautiful large decked area with gate too keep little ones from running off, which catches the sun all day. It comes with full comfortable rattan furniture cushions located in outside storage box. Also a bench on the grass area all ready for a cool drink and family fun when the sun goes down.
There is a £100 non-refundable deposit payable at the time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

About the Area
The facilities on Hafan y Mor Holiday Park are brilliant and getting better to include a brand new water park for all ages, new rope works climbing activity centre, new golf course, new go carting track and cars, great food on site + shops also lots of other amusements on site the list is endless. There are 2 beeches on site one for adventure net and bucket a must and a quiet sandy bay for relaxation. There are 2 large night clubs on site one children's entertainment with on site characters and the other for late entertainment with great stage acts both have bars and both have amusement arcades. There is a traditional fish and chip shop on site also a pizza parlour and a burger king. If that's not enough you have phwelli town 4 miles from the site with a Asda and great shops too visit , then portmadog 7 miles the other way with Tesco, Aldi and other great shops to visit. Not forgetting the mountain railway to Festiniog a popular attraction. Snowdonia national park is only 30 minutes from site and lots of other venues that are well worth a visit.
