Caravan Description

Welcome to our 'Prestige' eight berth caravan situated on one of the best spots on the Perran Sands site, overlooking the sea with masses of open space to use at the front.

It's just a short walk from the beach and close to amenities, yet far enough away for peace and quiet for some proper relaxation.

The caravan is double glazed with central heating throughout, keeping you cool in the summer and toasty in the colder months.

With a spacious living area and three bedrooms the caravan makes an ideal holiday home for a family, with plenty of room both inside and out. There is a large decking area out the front with wooden picnic table to watch the sun set over the sea or for keeping an eye on the children whilst playing on the green.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob.
There is a modern shower room with the added benefit of a second WC.

There is ample, comfy seating in the living room along with with a 32" flat-screen TV and combined DVD player, plus a Wii console to keep the little ones, and possibly the big ones amused if the Cornish weather is having an off day.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but we ask you to bring your own bed linen and towels.
