The view from the cliff-top location offers magnificent panoramic truly uninterrupted views over the bay and Jurassic coastline and directly out to sea - what could be better?. A large front veranda will maximise the views from both inside and outside the holiday home and an adjoining walkway leads to a lockable gate. Comfortable dining and relaxing furniture complete with cushions will complete your outside comfort and enjoyment.

Your holiday home will be a brand new massive 42 foot by 13 foot top of the range Willerby Aspen which makes a stylish return to the 2017 range. The Aspen is fully double glazed and centrally heated making it a comfortable home for all seasons. This holiday home boasts a truly unique interior layout with stunning design features throughout. The full height cathedral windows maximise on the panoramic views and the astonishing 180 degree view becomes your main attraction. It also has sliding patio doors for easy access to the front veranda, 

It offers a luxury lounge from its generous seating comprising of an L shaped sofa and two comfortable armchairs (one that swivels) and is a calm place to relax an unwind. The lounge also has a 40 inch TV and DVD player making those nights in even more special. The feature windows and patio doors maximise the fantastic view. A large kitchen combines contemporary styling with practical use of space and storage incorporating a large separate fridge and freezer, oven, hob and microwave. A separate dining area that's perfect for family meals and seating for up to six guests. 

The family shower room is large and well-appointed, and the bedrooms have a distinctly 'boutique hotel' feel, with sumptuous soft furnishings and chic display areas. There is a double bedroom and two attractive twin bedrooms with plenty of storage. There is also a second en-suite shower room to complete the level of luxury for comfortable living.

A 40 inch TV/DVD in the lounge plus TV/DVD's in all the bedroom's. A beach wind-breaker and hammer is supplied. A hair dryer is available in the main bedroom. A key safe is provided to allow early access. Access is from 1pm on the start date and check out is 10am on the departure date. Duvets and pillows are provided but guests need to provide their own bedding i.e. duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and beach towels. A tea towel and an oven glove is provided.

Entertainment passes are not mandatory but recommended should you wish to take the best advantage of Haven's largest all action holiday park. A £100 non-returnable deposit is required to secure a booking. Also a £150 security deposit (for breakages and damage) is payable with the final balance which is fully returnable all being well after the holiday. Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date,should the balance not be paid we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and deposits are non refundable. Any bookings less than 8 weeks before the holiday date requires payment in full plus the £150 security deposit.

Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is Haven's Flagship Park situated on the clifftops overlooking Sandy Bay's beautiful beach. Whether you are looking for an all action fun park or just the peace and beauty of the surrounding Jurassic Coast Devon Cliffs has it all. The South West coastal path runs behind the holiday home and up and over the cliffs into Exmouth.

On site there is a large heated indoor swimming pool complex with flumes, water play areas and multi-lane slides. In addition there is an outdoor multi-level pool with a patio area and slides. There is a luxury spa, an entertainment complex that includes entertainment for all the family during the day and evenings, children's ten pin bowling lanes, mini golf, archery, climbing wall with abseiling, trampolines, water walking balls, an aerial adventure high ropes course and many more activities.

There is a large selection of food outlets including Papa John's Pizza, Burger King, a Fish and Chip Shop, The Mash and Barrel Bar and Restaurant, Millies cookies and starbucks. Just a short walk from the holiday home situated on the clifftop is The Beach cafe with panoramic views over the Bay. There is also a Spar Supermarket, a launderette and a large Tesco Supermarket just a few minutes drive away.

A short drive to Exmouth provides miles of sandy beaches, numerous restaurants and an attractive town centre with banks and other essential shops. Plus you also have the opportunity to get a short ferry trip across the river exe to Starcross. Stuart Lines also provide a variety of boat trips from the beach at Exmouth.There is also World of Country Life is located right next door to Devon cliffs. Other coastal towns nearby include Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth, both of which are charming unspoilt seaside resorts.
