Caravan Description
We are pleased to offer our 2014 ABI Horizon Deluxe, fully double glazed, 3 bedroom caravan for rental.
The caravan is situated in Sycamore Avenue, a quiet cul-de-sac, with a wrap around balcony and its own private parking bay, and just a 5 minute walk from the pool and funfair and a 10 minute walk from the main complex.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) with heating, a bathroom with shower, WC and heating, along with a separate WC.
It is equipped with a 32" TV, Freeview, DVD player, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and gas hob/oven.
Disabled facilities are not available in the caravan.
You will need to provide your own bed linen and towels. Alternatively, bed linen can be hired from reception if preferred.
Funwork passes are not provided; these are available at an extra cost from reception.
Bookings & Conditions
The caravan is not available to single sex groups as this is a family complex.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the caravan.
There is a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. The lead person must be over 21 years of age.
A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking. Full payment will be due 6 weeks prior.
In addition £50 is required prior to your arrival to cover any damage or breakages that may occur during your stay. This will be refunded should loss or damage not occur.
Check in time is 3pm / Check out is by 10am

About the Area
Primrose Valley Holiday Park, situated between Scarborough and Filey, offers a variety of fun with swimming, outdoor activities and entertainment to suit all the family needs.There are 3 swimming pools, 1 outdoor and 2 indoor, as well as go-karts, zip wire, crazy golf, fishing, a boating lake, archery, laser combat, an amusement arcade, kids' clubs, evening entertainment and much more.
There's also a restaurant, café bar and grill, burger restaurant, pizza (deliveries available), Starbucks coffee house and a convenience store.
Primrose Valley is situated on a cliff top with a short stroll to the beach. The beach stretches to Filey for those who like a walk and have lots of energy! With its sands, museum and nature trials to explore, Filey is a must.
Other places worth visiting include: Hunmanby (south of Filey) which is an historic market town surrounded by stunning scenery and landscapes; Pickering, approximately 22 miles from Filey and the gateway to the North Yorkshire Moors; Scarborough, a bustling seaside town with a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes; the historic cathedral city of York, which makes for a wonderful day out and is approximately 45 miles away.
For those without transport, a bus service is available on-site.
