Caravan Description

Here we have for hire, our platinum graded, brand new 2017 Swift Bordeaux, a 3 bedroom static caravan with full wrap round veranda located at Haven's Primrose Valley Holiday Park, on South Cliff Court, just a 5 minute walk from the main complex.

The caravan offers full gas central heated along with an electric fire in the lounge and double glazing. The holiday home also has with free Wi-Fi + SKY+ HD in the master bedroom.

The caravan comes fully equipped with everything you will need for true home from home feeling experience

The kitchen includes an extensive inventory of a fridge freezer, pots ,pans ,slow cooker ,Dolce Gusto coffee machine ,kettle ,toaster ,utensils ,plates iron, ironing board hoover and also cleaning materials for you use throughout your stay.

In the lounge we have a 40" LED, smart TV with full SKY+ HD with all the channels, along with a built in DVD player and a comprehensive DVD library, films for all ages and for your use throughout your stay.

We now also have TV/DVD/Freeview in both twin rooms so kids can watch their own programmes

There is a selection of board games and books for your use to keep them amused if you want to relax.

In addition to this there is a Bluetooth enabled built-in music system so you can stream your music from your phone/iPod if you wish ..

The caravan is fully gas central heated with a complete shower room, including toilet and sink, plus a separate cloakroom suite with toilet and sink.....

Externally there is a decking area with seating for 8 people, plus a picnic table with a charcoal BBQ and patio area with a large grassed area.

For little ones to play out safely away from cars parking in the carpark near the caravan.

The holiday includes all water gas,electricity throughout your stay( based on fair use basis )

All bedding is included and the beds will be made up on your arrival. A duvet and pillows will be provided for the pull-out sofa in the lounge should you have more than 6 guests in your party and will be placed in the master bedroom in cupboard for your convenience...

We have a brand new travel cot, highchair and two bed guards available for you to use at no extra charge..

Bookings information

A £50 deposit secures your break. All booking are excluded a £75.00 refundable clean care bond when checked within 7 days

Any 3 and 4 night consective stays can be combined to create a 7 night stay (Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday) -saturday saturday in school hols click on the blue "Price Availability & Offers" at the top of the page to view all dates and prices ,All bookings will require an additional £100 security deposit "clean and care" deposit payable with the balance of the holiday and this is fully refunded with 5 working days of the end of your stay once the caravan has been fully checked and found to have been left in an acceptable condition .Balances are due 4weeks of the start of your stay, we are happy to accept payments by instalments.

At the start of your holiday the keys will be located in a key safe box at the caravan which will be given a unique code to access so no queuing at reception......
