Caravan Description
Welcome to our ABI Haywood static caravan, available for hire at the Burnham on Sea Holiday Village.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedroom, 4 berth caravan (there is accommodation found in the lounge also). It's double glazed and fully central heated. The lounge has TV with free Wi-Fi and you can find a full size fridge freezer and microwave in the kitchen - all crockery etc. is provided, making this a real home from home experience.
In the master bedroom there is a 24" TV, king size bed and an en-suite toilet with sink. In the main bathroom there is a double shower, along with a sink and toilet.
There is decking to the front and side of caravan with outside garden furniture provided.
***Things to Consider***
- Haven Fun Pass not included in price. You buy these direct from haven via a link once booked onto park. Activities can be booked 12 weeks in advance & swimming 4 weeks.
- You will need to provide your own towels and bedding
- Mattress & pillow protectors are supplied on all beds along with duvets & pillows you will however need to bring a kingsize sheet & duvet cover for main bedroom and single sheets and duvet covers for twin room.

- I'm sorry, No dogs are allowed at Burnham on sea Holiday Village
- Booking can only be taken from one lead party member and must be over 21.
***When Booking, please note***
The names of all guests staying in the caravan must be on the booking form. This must include ages of all children under 18.
I also require full postal address and mobile contact number.
Only people on the booking form will be permitted to enter the caravan, If extra guests are found to be inside the caravan this voids my insurance and your holiday will be cancelled immediately and you will be asked to leave.
NO refund will be given.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A £75 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your holiday. This will be refunded to you within 7 days of your holiday ending, providing there has been no damage to the caravan or its contents, and that there has been no smoking inside the caravan.
The caravan will be checked on the day of your departure.
THIS IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT AND IS IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF YOUR HOLIDAY
BALANCE
The balance is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Note, Haven Fun Pass not included in price. You buy these direct from haven via a link once booked onto park. Activities can be booked 12 weeks in advance & swimming 4 weeks.
CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges apply.
Numbers of days in advance of holiday start date cancellation charges are payable
1.Cancel 63 days before or more, you get back what you have paid, minus the deposit
2.Cancel 62-43 days before you lose 50% of the total holiday cost
3. Cancel 42 days or less you lose 100% of money paid
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
The caravan will be available from 2.00pm at the start day of your holiday. The park will not issue you with the keys before this time this is in order for our cleaner to clean and check the caravan. Please leave the caravan by 10.00am on your day of departure.
ACCOMMODATION
The caravan may only be used by the people named on the booking form.
Smoking is not permitted in the caravan. We operate a total no smoking Policy anywhere inside of our mobile home. All smoking is to be carried outside of mobile and please pick up any ends Left by Yourself. This is to respect our other guest who may suffer from Chest infections or simply do not smoke. Any Violation of this rule will be subject to non-return of £75 cleaning /Damage Charge.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in caravan Haven site no pets allowed
The caravan must be left clean and tidy. The cost of any breakages or loss will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Please do not leave cigarette ends on the ground outside the caravan.
Please respect other guests and caravan owners especially when returning to the caravan late at night by keeping noise to a minimum.
BEDDING
We provide Quilts and pillows you provide Quilt covers and sheets also bring your own Towels.
THE SITE
As Burnham-on-Sea is a family holiday park, we are unable to accept bookings from young singles male/female parties.
LIABILITY
We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party during your stay in our caravan.

About the Area
Burnham-on-Sea is a seaside town in Somerset, England, at the mouth of the River Parrett, upon Bridgwater Bay. Burnham was a small fishing village until the late 18th century when it began to grow because of its popularity as a seaside resort.***
Because of its position near the mouth of the River Parrett, and the constantly shifting sands of the Bristol Channel, there has always been a significant risk to shipping in the area. As a result, several lighthouses, have been built. The pier, built in 1911–1914, is claimed to be the shortest pier in Britain. In 2008, it was rated amongst the top five piers in Britain by the Daily Express.

- Burnham-on-Sea is a noted venue for kitesurfing, as well as other water sports, and has its own sailing club.
- Land side many activities cater for either the dominant resident elderly population or the seasonal tourists, including bowls,[47] and there is also a swimming pool and sports academy.[48]

Alternatively the town centre shops are just a three minute walk form the park, where you will find an Asda, Morrisons and Tesco, along with a variety of cafés, restaurants and pubs.
Located just off Junction 22 of the M5, Burnham on Sea Holiday Village is a great location for either a weekend get-away or a family holiday. Family entertainment is non-stop, including kids' clubs every day, daytime family stage shows, events and games along with live band entertainment.
Burnham on Sea is a relaxing seaside resort within easy reach of numerous interesting places to visit, including Exmoor National Park, Weston Super Mare, Cheddar George, East Somerset Steam Train, Berrow Animal Farm, Bristol city centre and Wells Cathedral.
