Caravan Description
We have an ABI Elegance, 'Gold Plus' rated holiday park home to let on a premium plus site in the Ystwyth area of Brynowen Holiday Park in Borth, Wales.
It offers gas central heating throughout so you can enjoy a holiday even in the cooler months of the year when we are still letting the home.
The holiday home offers views of the sea, bay and mountains from the open plan lounge, which is very modern with pale grey seating/upholstery and matching ice blue curtains, along with storage and an extra pull-out double bed.
This is a top spec holiday home on one of the best plots on the park for you to enjoy your holiday.
The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms, along with 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower, toilet and wash basin and one with toilet and wash basin - no queuing for the loo! All bed linen is freshly laundered and put on the beds ready for your stay you just need to bring your own towels. If you wish to bring your own linen and not use ours you can deduct £25 from the overall cost.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and all mod cons. We also have a slow cooker for you to use so on a day out your meal is cooked when you get back to the home.
There is a terrace with seating so you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets, and chill out with a glass of wine, beer or a cuppa.
We like to maintain a quality standard for our home to ensure that whether you be a couple or family you have a very enjoyable and happy holiday. We also have a holiday home in France which we let out and anyone who has stayed there can vouch for our attention to detail and standards.

About the Area
Brynowen Holiday Park has an indoor swimming pool with water flume, a play park, mini bowling, children's clubs, a shop and restaurant, plus bar. There is also entertainment on site, with tribute acts in high season.Family Fun passes can be obtained from the park ranging from - £69 for one weeks stay & £33 - £46 for short breaks these prices are not included in the cost of the holiday home and you fan purchase from reception the cost is per van (3 bed) and not per person
There is a nature walk within the park and lots of areas for walking or jogging.
The main beach is a 5 minute walk away with promenade walks in the small fishing village of Borth. It is all on the doorstep, along with small shops, restaurants, take away etc. Borth still maintains its charm for a seaside village. Free parking is available by the beach.
There is also a beautiful sandy beach that you can drive onto just 10 minutes down the road past the golf course. It is wonderful for taking a picnic and spending a day on, with mountains in the background.
There are lots of local villages in the surrounding area that have good pubs with restaurants offering excellent menus at affordable prices.
Aberystwyth is a 15 minute drive away, where you will find lots more choices for eating out and things to do.
In the holiday home we have a 'welcome book' with plenty of leaflets and brochures detailing places to visit and things to do in the area for all ages.
