We have a stunning, three bedroom, 'Platinum' grade holiday home to let on South Bay Holiday Park in Brixham, South Devon, which is a John Fowler holiday park.
This brand new design comes complete with full double glazing and central heating.
It has a master double bedroom with a toilet and wash basin en-suite, plus two further bedrooms each with twin beds, and all with wardrobes and plenty of storage cupboards. There is also a pull-out bed in lounge, so the caravan could sleep 8.
The family bathroom is beautifully appointed, with a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet, again with plenty of storage space.
The lounge and kitchen area has a great open plan design and also comes complete with a dining table and six chairs - just take a look at the pictures and see for yourself the luxurious fixtures and fittings.
The very stylish kitchen has a microwave, 4 ring cooker, large fridge, freezer and everything a family requires if deciding to eat in.
The lounge is truly comfortable with flat screen TV and DVD player, so remember to bring any favourite DVDs.
This accommodation is fitted with everything, catering for families of up to 8 people. We know the importance of the little extras that make a great family break, so they are included.
