Caravan Description

You can rest assured that as this is privately owned. The photos shown above are of the actual caravan you will be staying in and that it is cleaned to the highest standard and always freshly laundered.

The caravan will be ready at 12 noon prompt on arrival day, and must be vacated no later than 10am on your departure day, although this can be re-arranged in certain circumstances.

Just a £75 returnable bond secures your date!

This is a large 12' x 35' stylish caravan with laminate flooring throughout the main areas, multi-room heating, a large master bedroom with king size leather ottoman bed and en-suite, a twin bedroom and leather sofa bed that easily pulls out to create another double bed. It sleeps 6 people comfortably.

This caravan is graded 'Silver Plus' but comes with loads of extras, including free gas and electric, a hairdryer, hair straightners, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, PS3 console with good selection of games, 42" flat screen HD TV with Freeview, a selection of DVDs, plus a sound system with selection CDs.
Duvets and pillows are provided, along with all bed linen.

Towels are not provided, but can be hired if required: £5 - 1 hand towel in WC, 1 hand towel in shower room, 1 kitchen towel, 1 bath towel per guest.

If required a travel cot, fire guard, buggy and high chair can be provided for small charge.

You will also have the added advantage of being able to park right in front of the caravan, unlike many of the other caravans, and it is sited not too far from the play park and complex, but far enough!

Bookings & Conditions

A £75 damage bond secures your date/dates. This is returned within 7 days of the end of your holiday providing there has been no damage or loss to the caravan or its contents.

Accidents happen, so if the odd bit of crockery or glass gets broken etc. this will not affect your damage deposit - all I ask is that you let me know so I can replace before the caravan is re-occupied, and that you cover the costs incurred to replace the lost or damaged item.

If you cancel your booking, your £75 deposit is non-returnable!

The cost of your holiday must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencing, otherwise the date will be re-advertised and ALL money paid will be non-returnable.

Sorry, but we do not allow same sex groups (except same sex couples).

NO pets and positively NO smoking allowed.

To ensure everyone on the park has an enjoyable holiday, the Park does request that noise in the early hours is kept to a minimum. There are park security should you experience any problems.

Important Note

There are some personal items of ours, our children's and grandchildren's in and around the caravan, i.e. board games, colouring books, pencils and PS3 and games to entertain the kids as well as some fishing rods and equipment, beach items, an outdoor patio set and BBQ - please feel free to use as needed, all we ask is that items are left as you find them. If using equipment outdoors and they are lost or damaged, this WILL affect your deposit as these are our personal items and we do not charge for their use.

No liability is accepted.

We are not a company, just a family who hire out our caravan to nice people to help cover the running costs and site fees etc. When guests take things from our caravan, it is stealing from us and our children. I do keep a full inventory of all items and it is always myself ( or on rare occasions) who cleans and prepares the caravan for guests, so we know exactly what's where. Sorry to have to state this, but unfortunately this has happened a few times in the past.
