This 2015, 39 x12.6, BK Sheraton, open plan static caravan is situated in The Paddocks area of Oakcliff Holiday Park in Dawlish Warren, with a large veranda and parking by the front door.

It has stunning views up the Exe Estuary towards Exeter and Exmouth across from the Warren, and of the Jurassic coast towards Sidmouth.

This luxury caravan also has a sister caravan (please see Ref: 6259c) just a few yards away in the same block and situated in the Paddocks. These caravans are both Sheraton 2015 models and identical, with 2 bedrooms each and sleeps 4. This makes them ideal for larger groups of family or friends that want to meet up and offering separate living spaces, both caravans combined offer accommodation for a party of 8 people (4 bedrooms) when booked at the same time. The luxury caravan has double glazing and gas central heating, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living area.
The lounge has a 3 seater sofa with 2 arm chairs around a drinks table, a 40" wall-mounted TV with a DVD player and an electric fire. Patio doors from the lounge lead onto the veranda, where you will find a table and 4 chairs.

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher (tablets not included) and integrated fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and walk-in wardrobe, along with an en-suite bathroom consisting of toilet, basin and shower unit.

The second bedroom is twin bedded with drawers, a wardrobe, overhead lockers and storage cupboards.

The family bathroom contains a toilet, basin and shower unit.

All Bedding is included.

Please bring your own towels, tea towels and bath mats

Booking Terms

The caravan is available to rent all year round.

Prices shown are for 7 night breaks.

Short breaks are also available from Friday to Monday (3 nights) and Monday to Friday (4 nights); please enquire for details.

When booking in advance, a deposit of 25% is required, with full payment due no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. Any bookings within 1 month of the date require payment in full at the time of booking.

In addition, a security deposit of £100 is required as insurance to cover any loss or damage. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure following a successful inspection of the caravan.

Pet Terms – We welcome DOGS ONLY. The decking is gated and secure.

No smoking is permitted in the caravan at any time.
