CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

This is a spacious caravan with two bedrooms. It is situated on our own private small holding and is in the garden looking across the fields towards the Neolithic stone Cromlech and in the direction of the Preseli hills and beyond.

There are trees dotted around the whole garden which gives it more privacy.

We are on an organic smallholding with one of the few remaining traditional wild grass meadows, with all the wildlife it supports.

We allow camping in your own tent if extra accommodation is required. Prices are from £15 per night for up to 2 persons.

There is parking on the premises and space if you tow a boat or wish to pop up a gazebo to shade from the sun at no extra charge.

We have even provided a wicker hamper, flask and picnic rug for you to borrow on your days out, if required.

The caravan has a flat screen TV .

The fully fitted kitchen includes a gas cooker and hob, microwave and dining table.

The double bedroom and twin bedroom each have bed linen and towels provided. Two persons can sleep in the lounge, but you will need to bring bed linen or sleeping bags for this and also towels. Just sleep on top of the fitted sofas as they are quite spacey.

There is gas heating in the lounge and electric fires throughout the rest of the caravan.

Propane gas is provided in the cost, plus £4 credit on the electric meter. You will have to top up if you need more, although unlikely during the summer months, but possibly for some winter days! The meter only takes £2 coins.

Eco Friendly Policy

We harvest most of our water for re-use and have our own private waste system. Only eco-friendly products may enter our waste system or it will break down. Fats, oils and chemicals need to go into the waste bin provided and not down the sink.

We ask that you respect this please.

We will provide eco cleaners for you to use.

Our Animals

Our animals and pets are very friendly so you really do need to like animals when you stay here as they will greet you.

We do request that you don't feed any of them as they are on special diets and we don't want them to become a pest to our guests. Please don't encourage them into the caravan as some guests are allergic.

We have a dog called Coco, Buttons and Schnezel the cats, chickens, Jacob sheep, and horses on our land.

We hope you enjoy your stay with us.

Please call or email us with any questions; we will be delighted to help.

About the Area

Whilst staying in our caravan you will find yourself surrounded by beautiful, tranquil scenery with Red Kite and Buzzards soaring above, the Greater Spotted Woodpeckers and the occasional sightings of Badgers at night, and lots more.

1/4 mile up the lane is the Neolithic Pentre Ifan Cromlech, which is worth a walk to, with super views. You can join the footpath from the smallholding to the Ty Canol and Pentre Ifan Ancient magical woods, which are a delightful walk. Take a picnic with you; we have a hamper, flask and picnic rug you can borrow. Bring your camera for those great shots of Carningli Mountain, Dinas Head and Cardigan Bay where the dolphins play. It's fantastic for those shots when the sun kisses the horizon on a good summer's night. A popular walk from here is to head towards and along the Preseli Ridge, which many do; a great day's walk with fantastic views for miles on a clear day.

There are riding stables next door if you fancy a trek out or a lesson. There is the pretty local town of Newport approximately 10 minutes away, with its old castle, produce market, shops and galleries, a launderette, quaint harbour, fresh fish, beaches, river wildlife (great for bird watchers), plus the Newport golf club, which is open to none members and great for meals and just above the beach. It's also great for fly fishing in the nearby rivers.

Fishguard is about 20 minutes from here with its ferry to Ireland; great for day trip. Fishguard also has a swimming pool and gym facilities.

Cardigan offers lots to see too, including great wildlife, boat trips, dolphins in the bay, the old castle in the town next to the river, and the wildlife centre nearby.

There are lots of things to do around here. Close to the small holding is Castle Henllys Iron Age fort and the old Nevern Cross.

For extra children's entertainment there is the Butterfly House, Folly Farm, Blue Lagoon and Oakwood.

There really is plenty to keep you occupied and have a great time.

Enjoy Pembrokeshire.

Please text or call us as we sometimes have trouble receiving emails, thankyou. Clare.
