Our Brand New 2017 3 bedroom Swift Antibes Model is a top of the range caravan with all the added extra's you would expect from a luxury holiday home.
Our family-owned caravan is perfectly positioned on the new Seabirds development for 2017 in Razorbill. The caravan is located at the end of the close with no through road, making it a private, quiet yet convenient location not too far from the complex.
The caravan has a large sliding patio door opening onto a large veranda with outdoor furniture for you to relex on – perfect for those warm summer evenings!!
The modern and stylish interior has been given some beautiful personal touches, giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel.
The spacious living room contains a L-shaped sofa and a clever coffee table that has extra seating cubes stored within, providing ample seating for the whole family. In the living room there is TV & Blu-Ray DVD player, Nintendo Wii with a few games, DAB radio and a ready supply of books and board games to play that provide plenty of entertainment within the caravan.
The spacious and modern kitchen has a dining table and comes complete with a gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, built in microwave, Tassimo coffee machine and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery - all perfect for preparing family meals.
For your convenience, there is also a supply of cleaning products to be found under the sink, hoover and even an iron and ironing board.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms), so plenty of room for the whole family. Each has been individually styled and comes with duvets, pillows and mattress protectors in each room with the beds made up on arrival. The master bedroom and 1 twin bedroom comes with a TV for those evenings you want to relax with your feet up in bed. The master bedroom also has its own end-suite with toilet and sink for that added comfort and luxury!
The main family bathroom is unusually large and consists of a shower cubicle with power shower, modern sink unit with a mirror and lighting above it and toilet and a storage cupboard For your comfort and convenience, please remember to bring your own bath towels
To the side of the caravan is an allocated tarmac car park space with parking , with additional parking behind the caravan.
All gas and electricity is included in the prices quoted and as the caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating to all rooms, this the perfect place to stay for an out of season break!
Please note: NO SAME SEX PARTIES are allowed in the van and all guest must respect other holiday makers and follow park rules.
