Caravan Description
Modern stylish 2 bedroom high quality caravan/holiday home at award winning Ladram Bay on Devon’s beautiful Jurassic Coast located at Plot D79. Available for short breaks and longer stays. Sleeps 4-6. Lovely beach and high quality pool, sauna, steam room, splash park, jacuzzi, gym, kids play spaces and evening family entertainment.
The caravan is a Victory Vision 35' x 12' with a double, twin and comfy double sofabed in the lounge. Comes with WIFI, central heating, double glazing, microwave, TV with Freeview, DVD player etc. Lovely colourful garden and 2 decking/patio areas with sunny seating and a high quality Weber gas BBQ. 2 comfy Vango outdoor chairs and outdoor games storage bench. There is a range of books, toys and games to enjoy and walking maps of the immediate area for you. Lots of great walks! There are sea views from the lounge windows, main bedroom, rear decking and side patio and views of coastal cliffs and countryside all around.

You have great coastal walks straight from your door, or rock-pooling, and a large field for ball games or rabbit watching above the sand-washed pebble beach.
The Park has great facilities, which include an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and changing facilities, a restaurant, bar, shop (well stocked, reasonable prices), take-away, adventure playground and even 'crabman' selling freshly caught crabs, prawns and lobsters from the beach shack . You can hire kayaks, rowing boats, motor boats and fishing gear on the beach.
Great location, quiet but close to playing field, beach and facilities - plot D79 in Monks View. Our pitch is lucky to have brand new decking, a sunny patios to the side and rear of the caravan both with outdoor seating. Colourful garden and lawn with storage bench with games, rock pooling gear. Light, open plan, sociable lounge and kitchen with sea views from sofa, kitchen. Good modern hot shower and two toilets. The location in Monks Field is a quiet open spot with lots of space and yet close to the games field, beach and facilities and has great views of High Peak and open countryside.

The park has great facilities: brand new indoor pool and jacuzzi, sauna, steam-room and changing facilities, newly designed restaurant, bar, shop (well stocked, reasonable prices), take-away, adventure playground, and even a man selling fresh caught crabs and lobsters from the beach shack. If you want something more lively, there's evening entertainment, kids club, soft play and instructor-led activities.There are nearby historic villages and fantastic countryside. The pretty village of Otterton is about a awayl where you will find a good pub and Otterton Mill - a mill with shop, café-restaurant and bakery. Nearby there are plenty of great day trips, including Crealy World of Adventures, Bicton Park, Escot Park, boat trips, Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, Branscombe Cliffs, go-karting, the delights of Exeter and local events and festivals. If you're feeling energetic you can walk to Sidmouth or Budleigh Salterton or up on the pebble bed heaths around Woodbury Common.
