Caravan Description
Luxury Pemberton Knightsbridge 42ft x 14ft holiday home to let on Haven's Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.
The home is situated on the much sought after Willows area and has a large decking area all fitted with clear view panels giving fantastic views of the bay. The decking also has a ramp that offers access for wheelchairs. There is a grassed area to the left of the home making it ideal and safe for children to play. There is also private parking available next to the holiday home.
It is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms. It comprises:-
Lounge – Modern style with contemporary colours includes plenty of seating, flat screen TV/DVD, ottoman, coffee table, electric fire, with unique sliding doors to separate kitchen and bedroom areas.
Kitchen/dining area - Designed to a high standard with modern appliances including gas cooker, separate 5-burner hob with extractor fan, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, plenty of worktop and cupboard space with a fantastic modern island in the centre, separate dining table with 6 chairs.
Bathroom – Bath with over head shower, toilet, sink and over head mirrored cabinets.
Bedrooms – the accommodation has 3 bedrooms - The main bedroom which is very spacious it has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and cupboards, TV/DVD, dressing table and en-suite with a double shower. There are a further 2 bedrooms which have twin beds, TV/DVD, fitted wardrobes and cupboards all designed to the highest specification. All bedrooms are supplied with duvets, pillows and bed linen.Towels are not provided. Travel cots and high chairs can be rented from the haven hire shop.
Sun Veranda – Large south facing wrap around decking area all with fitted clear view panels giving spectacular views over the bay and coast line. There is also access for wheelchairs.
Strictly NO smoking or pets are allowed in the holiday home.
There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children) and cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons.
Entertainment passes are not included and must be purchased direct with Haven.
Bookings
A £150 deposit is required within 7 days of booking to reserve your dates. This is then held as a security bond against any damage incurred and refunded after your stay.
The balance of your holiday cost is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If we have not received it by then your booking will be void. A reminder will be sent.
Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at the time of booking.
Please Note: The £150 security bond is not included in the prices quoted.
In line with Haven policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex and parties under the age of 25.

About the Area
Devon Cliffs is situated on cliff tops overlooking Sandy Bay's Blue Flag beach. It has a 5 star rating providing something for all the family, whether young or old.The park provides a large entertainment complex with shows, cabarets and live music. It also offers all weather sports courts, children's clubs, adventure golf, outside playground, inside soft play areas, large amusement arcade and inside and outside pools with 4 waterslides. The complex has shops, gift stores, cashpoints, Mash and Barrel restaurant, Burger King, local fish and chips, Papa John's Pizza, a Spar convenience store and Starbucks.
Entertainment/Leisure passes are not included in the hire of the caravan, but are available from reception at an extra cost.
