Our caravan is a lovely, double glazed and fully centrally heated 35’ x 12’ Willerby Salsa, 6 berth holiday home within easy reach (3 - 5 minute walk) of the site's facilities.
It's very spacious with enough parking for 2 cars and a large patio / garden area.
It is a very light, roomy and modern caravan plus has a very comfortable lounge with colour HD TV/DVD and a CD player.
There's a fully equipped kitchen with enough cupboard space, plus bits and bobs, for up to 6 people. An iron, ironing board and a hoover are also in the cupboard.
You have the large double bedroom which is en suite, one twin room, plus another double pull-out bed in the lounge.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and extra cupboard space and room for the travel cot in the main bedroom (travel cot provided by ourselves). So basically there’s enough room for 6 people plus the baby in the travel cot.
We have also provided, for your convenience, a folding highchair which is suitable for 6 - 36 months.
It is double glazed and fully central heated, but if it’s just a little bit chilly there are fan heaters built into the bedroom cupboards (just in case you only need to take the chill off). You will also find it very easy to walk around the bed in the main bedroom, which you don't always get in some caravans !!
Please Note: Kingsize and single duvets with pillows are supplied, but you will need to bring your own linen. However, WE CAN SUPPLY BED LINEN FOR AN EXTRA FEE

These are ranging from 3, 4 and 7 nights stay (or more if required).
£75 deposit will hold your holiday for you until 4 weeks before due date when the holiday cost will need to be paid in full.
Peak season bookings, balance is due 6 weeks before. PLEASE NOTE....The deposit is additional to the holiday cost but is refundable
Check-in time is 3pm and departure time is 10am.
Our price is based on one family sharing (maximum of 6 club passes) plus a baby.

About the Area
Holiday Resort Unity is incorporated together with Brean Leisure Park where there are rides and amusements to entertain kids of all ages (including teens). There is a fantastic swimming pool with lots fun slides, small and large. There's the famous 'Piglet Club' and play areas for the little ones plus there are plenty of activities for adults to do. Don't forget the number of different restaurants and takeaways too.RJ's is the main club at Unity. You can have some nice food there as well as have lots of fun in the evening with the bingo, entertainment etc. You can also have lots of food, fun and entertainment in The Tavern.
Your holiday booking will come with the entertainment passes so for most of the activities on site you won't have to pay anything. Some activities do ask for a small fee though.
Holiday Resort Unity facilities include: Discounted swimming session per person, per day. FREE daytime & evening entertainment. FREE fishing (rod licence required). We can't forget about the beaches nearby either; Brean Sands has 5 miles of sandy beach and it's one of the most popular family holiday destinations in the South West. It's just outside Burnham on Sea, near Weston Super Mare in Somerset.
