If you want a beautiful and secluded location, set in a 12 acre ornamental garden then this is the place for you. It offers stunning views over Luce Bay and the Mull of Galloway.
We have a static caravan for hire with one double bedroom and a twin bedded room, and next door there is an attractive wooden cabin with electricity and with two twin beds.
The caravan has a kitchen (cooking with gas), bathroom with shower and flush WC, and a sitting area with TV, dining table and gas fire.
A private track leads to the caravan, with private parking available.
The caravan is situated close to many beautiful, unspolt and uncrowded beaches. For the Golf enthusiast, there are many good clubs close at hand and the Galloway Hills for walkers are nearby.
Stranraer is situated 7 miles away, with shops, banks and a hospital, and the ferry to Northern Ireland is at Cairnryan port just up the road.
The train to Glasgow and Ayr north and east is at Stranraer Station.
Wigtownshire has a mild climate influenced by the gulf stram and therefore boasts a cluster of lovely gardens, all within very easy reach. Each garden is very differant. There are many castles to explore and excellent sea and loch fishing to be had too.
The night sky is famous in the Galloway Forest if star gazing is your interest.
Our caravan is set in 12 acres of gardens, which is open to the public, with a tea room on hand and plant nursery. The gardens are a peaceful haven in which to relax and available to tenants at any hour - and are free when staying.
Come and explore and stay in this undiscovered gem of Scotalnd where you will be given a very warm welcome.
