This well maintained holiday static is situated in the quieter area of the privately owned statics on Meadows area of Parkdean Newquay Holiday Park, which is in a rural location within easy reach of beautiful beaches; a surfer's paradise.
There is an extremely large gated sun deck to the front and side with outside patio table and chairs and electric lighting on the decking corners so you can sit out, relax and enjoy those sunny Cornish evenings. The pitch is both large and level, with a private car park space at the front.
The spacious lounge, with comfortable 3 piece suite, has a feature fireplace, ceiling fan and large LCD TV/DVD with Freeview; feel free to watch any of the DVDs, read any of the books and play the games as these are provided for your enjoyment.
The large, modern kitchen/diner has plenty of storage space and comes fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay, including a full size oven, 4 ring gas hob with extractor fan, large built-in fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. An iron and ironing board, Hoover and hair dryer are also supplied.
The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed with DVD player, plenty of bedside compartments, overhead storage units, 3 full length wardrobes, chest of drawers and the added luxury of an en-suite WC with overhead cupboard and basin.
The twin bedroom features 2 single beds with overhead storage and a single wardrobe.
All beds will be made up for your arrival and are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors for added comfort. Towels and tea towel are also provided; all you need bring are your beach towels.
The separate shower room is fitted with a modern white suite, incorporating a WC with bathroom wall cabinet, storage space in the cupboard beneath the wash basin, and a large enclosed shower cubicle with sliding glass panel door.
Electricity and gas is provided at no extra cost.
