Our Wooden bespoke Lodge is situated exclusively on its own, within its own secure grounds with amazing panoramic views over the tranquil countryside.

The west facing veranda at the front has outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a drink while you watch the sunsets & starry nights. Decking & barbecue (BBQ) area, parking for 2 cars. Double glazed, fully insulated and heated throughout.

Bedroom 2: king-size zip n link bed, which can be made into two single divan beds.
Fully fitted kitchen - Microwave, 4 ring hob with full size oven and grill, Free standing Fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, Washing machine, toaster & kettle, slow cooker .
Open plan Lounge/ dining area - flat screen TV and DVD player, Sofa bed, full size dining room table (seats 6)
Bathroom – Spacious Electric shower, hand basin & WC
Electric heaters throughout the lodge.
Sleeps 4 (+2 - sofa bed in lounge to accommodate 2 guests. Please note there is an additional charge of £10 per person per night for any guest using the sofa bed.

Adjacent to the Lodge is an outbuilding/utility room, which you can use for storage of your fishing gear, bait and wellington boots. There is also a shower and WC within this area, along with a clothes-drying area with an extra fridge & freezer. This is all provided at no extra cost.

Fishing

We also provide you with a fishing pond that is stocked with Sliver fish, Roach, Rudd, Tench and Perch. You will be able to fish as many times as you like during your stay at no extra cost.

Pound Farm is our family run, working 80 acre beef and sheep farm situated on the edge of the village of Butterleigh; 4 miles off Junction 28 of the M5.
