Caravan Description
Privately owned 2010, 3 bedroom caravan on Harlyn Sands Holiday Park in sited in one of the best locations, less than 500 yards from the beach with sea views.
There is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all of which have modern fitted wardrobes.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own pillow cases and bedding. Please also bring your own towels and tea towels as these will not be provided.
There is a toilet and large separate shower room, each with individual basins.
The modern fitted kitchen includes a microwave, gas oven/hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and all cutlery, crockery and necessary kitchen implements.
The spacious lounge area has a dining table that will seat 6 comfortable, a flat screen TV with Freeview and brand new Blu-Ray DVD player. There is also a gas fire in the lounge for the colder months and oil heaters for the bedrooms if needed. The caravan has recently been re-upholstered and has all new fitted carpets.
Outside there is ample room for parking next to the caravan. There is also a picnic bench and rotary washing line.
Gas and electric is free.
Please leave the caravan as you find it. All cleaning products and a Hoover will be readily available.

About the Area
Harlyn Sands is a well known, family run site that caters very well for family members of all ages. There is an on site swimming pool for a small additional charge, and a children's play area. There are various activities for children being run right throughout the day. There is free clubhouse entry for all guests, where you will find a large bar and live stage with various acts/music throughout the week. There is also an on site restaurant and takeaway chip shop, along with a shop that sells all your essentials and a bit more.One of the best things about Harlyn Sands is its location. Three of the best beaches in Cornwall are within walking distance, and Trevose championship golf course is also only 5 minutes down the road. Padstow is just 15 minutes by car. This really is one of the most beautiful areas of Cornwall.
Crealy Adventure Park (open all year round) is just 20 minutes away.
