Caravan Description
Our mobile home is a luxury Pemberton Abingdon, situated on a large corner plot on Brownhill Caravan Park, and has everything you need for that special holiday. It is of a high standard, in excellent condition inside and out and comes with central heating and double glazing.
The mobile home has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has en-suite facilities, a walk-in wardrobe, standard double bed and dressing table. The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes.
In addition to this, the mobile home has a family shower room with toilet and sink.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, gas hob and oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and a dining table with four chairs.
There is a patio door leading onto the front decking area where you can sit and have your tea/coffee in the morning sunshine (weather permitting!) There is also a larger decking on the side of the mobile home for al-fresco dining, or just relaxing watching the sunset going down in Cardigan Bay.
The lounge is very comfortable and spacious. It comes with flat screen TV which has Freeview and a DVD player, plus a radio and CD player.
There is parking for one vehicle only at the side of the mobile home.
Duvets and pillows are supplied. However, you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
Bookings
A £100 deposit is required in order to secure a booking.
Full payment required 28 days before commencement of holiday.
A £150 security deposit will also be required. This will be returned in full, providing the mobile home has been left clean and tidy and found to be damage free. A copy of terms and conditions will be sent out to all clients.
No Pets.
No Smoking.
No same sex groups or groups under the age of 21.

About the Area
Brownhill Caravan Park is 10 minutes from New Quay by car. There are many restaurants and pubs near the sea front and there are daily boat trips around the bay where you might spot some Dolphins!The area has a lovely coastal path and country walks, along with a lovely sandy beach and water sports.
The park is approximately thirty minutes from the towns of Cardigan and Aberystwyth, and is on a bus route.
Although the park is not 'commercialised' it does have the basics, e.g. a small shop selling basic commodities and a small club which is open during the season for drinks but no food. There is also a laundrette, a children's play area and a field to play football. There is a small outdoor heated pool near the club house too.
Wi-Fi internet access is available for a small charge, payable at reception.
From the harbour in New Quay you can walk along the jetty and try and spot the Dolphins swimming in Cardigan Bay. Other wildlife in the area include the red Kite, a variety of sea birds and grey seals. Along the coastal path you will find many different species of wild flowers and not to mention the marine life along the coast.
