Caravan Description
We have a 38x12, 3 bedroom, luxury, fully fitted Pemberton caravan for hire on Burnham on Sea Holiday Village. It comes complete with sun decking providing a wonderful location for a relaxed holiday or break - maybe even a fishing break as there is a well-stocked fishing lake.
The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated throughout, and includes a shower, two toilets, a TV/DVD, microwave and dishwasher, plus all crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils you may need for up to 8 people.
We have equipped the caravan to a very high standard, with everything to enable you to enjoy your holiday or break.
In the lounge there is free standing furniture, a 26" Freeview TV, DVD player and gas fire. The kitchen and dining area are separate.
The sleeping accommodation comprises of a double bedroom (with toilet), 2 further twin bedrooms and a bed settee in the lounge.
Graded 'Prestige' by Haven, our caravan is situated in a lovely area of the site and is still only 10 minutes walk from the main complex.
It is privately owned and sited in an exclusive position on Burnham on Sea Holiday Village, which is a relaxed and well looked after, exclusive, family holiday park.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will have to bring your own linen and towels. Alternatively, you can hire them from Haven. There is a launderette on site.
Outside is your own parking right next to the caravan.
The caravan benefits from mains gas and electric.
Bookings
The caravan is available for 7 night booking or less (subject to availability) to family groups or mature couples only.
Short term contract bookings are also catered
Full payment is required ten (10) weeks prior to your occupancy date.
£100 non refundable deposit required on booking.
No smoking
No dogs or any pets can be accommodated.
We ask on entry to the caravan you are requested to remove your shoes to keep the caravan in excellent condition
You can purchase entertainment passes directly from Haven from the site reception office.
We would also request, in addition to the total payment, a further £50 care and respect bond. This £50 will be refunded once we have cleaned and inspected the caravan after your departure. Please note any damage or breakages must be paid for.

About the Area
Burnham on Sea Holiday Village offers some of the finest facilities available on a caravan park, they pride themselves on the facilities and condition of the park. All areas are well kept and there is 24 hour security.Evening entertainment include shows for all the family to enjoy, live cabaret and talent competitions. There is entertainment for all ages.
New on site are excellent children's all weather play area facilities, including astro turf football/basketball pitches.
There's heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which have been upgraded for the 2014 season and include many family facilities.
The well-stocked fishing lake (including coaching and hire of tackle), is overlooked by our caravan, and you could almost cast from the decking. There are two fishing lakes on site where you will find carp, bream, roach and perch. Please note; you will need a current Fishing Licence
Other facilities include tennis courts, archery, boating lake, fun zone play area, nature reserve, crazy golf, an all-weather sports court and direct access to Burnham on Sea beach, which is opposite the park.
There's a choice of restaurants and takeaways on site too, which the Mash and Barrel restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner), Papa John's takeaway pizza and outside BBQ facilities with reclining chairs, fish & chips, and a pub restaurant.
There is an on-site Spar shop, a launderette and a hire shop, which includes family bikes. Other facilities include restaurants, Sky Sports, amusements, a Clubhouse with nightly shows with good acts, plus outside sports facilities and a park area. There is also a well stocked shop on site that stocks a wide variety of all the basics you may need whilst on holiday.
Family entertainment is excellent including kids' club every day, daytime family shows/events and games along with excellent live band entertainment.
Burnham on Sea Holiday Village is just a 5 minute walk from all the facilities and shops, as well as Burnham on Sea; the seafront is also very close by . The town centre is a 15 minute walk away, and you will find a large Morrisons supermarket close by.
Burnham on Sea is a relaxing seaside resort within easy reach of the M5, there are many local attractions , including Exmoor National Park, Weston Super Mare, Cheddar George, Somerset Steam Train, Berrow Animal Farm, Bristol city centre and Wells Cathedral, Wookey Hole, Bath, many national trust places, Secret World animal sanctuary, Glastonbury, Clarks Shopping Village, Brean Sands, Brean Leisure Park, open air markets/car boot sales and the resort of Weston Super Mare.
