Caravan Description
We have a privately owned, 3 bedroomed caravan with decking to rent, on the very popular West Sands Holiday Park in West Sussex.
Our caravan comes fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your holiday - and now has Wi-Fi available too.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with full sized cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The lounge has a full seating area with separate dining table and chairs which have recently been re-furbished along with an electric fire, flat screen TV/DVD combo and an iPod docking station. There is a large collection of DVD’s for your use along with a small collection of board games.
There is a master bedroom with double bed and private access to the bathroom and a large picture window overlooking the patio area. The second bedroom is a large single bedroom with a full size, 3' single bed. The third bedroom has smaller twin beds. There's also a pull-out double bed in the lounge area.
The bathroom has a separate access off the hallway and consists of shower, loo and wash hand basin.
Outside we have a veranda which is gated at both ends making it safe for children to play and a large private patio area which is accessed via steps from the veranda where you can use the BBQ. There is a table & seating provided allowing you to eat al-fresco or just enjoy the sunshine.
The caravan is situated close to all facilities and the beach.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but not bed linen, however this can be provided for a small charge.
Price includes gas and electricity.
Passes are not included in the hire price and will need to be purchased separately.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
The full cost of your holiday must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
A £75 deposit is required on the day of your arrival this will be used as a security bond, which will be refunded following successful inspection of the caravan for any loss, damage, breakages or excessive cleaning.
No single sex groups or under 21's
