Our caravan is a 35x12, 2009 Willerby Bermuda Mk8 with double glazing and heating throughout.

It is situated in a prime location on Haven's Burnham on Sea Holiday Village and backs onto the sea front, which is only a few minutes' walk away & only five minutes’ walk from the amenity complex.

The caravan sleeps 6 people. There are two bedrooms, one double with king size bed and one twin bedded room, each with a wardrobe and storage. The double bedroom also has an en-suite toilet with hand basin, along with a hair drier. There is also a pull-out double (4ft) bed in the lounge.

Quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring bed linen and towels with you.

The caravan has a shower room with a hand basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size mains gas cooker and extractor hood, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave, plus all cutlery, crockery, glassware and cookware required, along with an iron and pull-out ironing board in the top kitchen drawer.

Also provided in the caravan is a hoover, broom, dustpan and brush and clothes airer if needed.

We try to make sure there are dishcloths and cleaning products in the caravan, as well as toilet rolls, so if you use them up please could you replace them to ensure there are some for next holiday makers. There is nothing worse than arriving at the caravan desperate for the loo to find there isn't any toilet roll!

In the spacious lounge there is plenty of storage space, a table and seating for meals, a 26" flat screen TV with Freeview and integrated DVD player, plus a gas fire.

The caravan is classed as Prestige.

Outside the caravan there is an area of decking for al-fresco dining etc. There are car parking spaces near to the caravan.

The caravan is on mains gas, water and electric, and this is included in the price of your holiday.

Our caravan is a much loved home by us, so please treat it with respect.

Bookings

A £100 deposit (£50 in low season) is required within 7 days of booking to ensure your required dates are held for you. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday date.

A refundable £50 care bond is required on top of your final payment. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure providing the cleaner finds no damage, breakages, loss or major cleaning to do upon inspection after your departure.

No same sex groups or groups of 21 years of age or under allowed (Haven rules)

No pets.

No smoking.

About the Area

Burnham on Sea Holiday Village is situated only 15 minutes from Junction 22 on the M5. Burnham's town centre is just a 10 minute stroll along the sea front.

This 4* site is set in acres of parkland with beautiful gardens and two lakes. The area is flat and suitable for all ages; excellent for a stroll before dinner.

The site has a very full range of entertainment; the showbar provides cabaret and music, and the Mash and Barrel is quieter with a bar and restaurant facilities. There are clubs for children of all ages, from toddlers to teens. Sports include swimming (two outside pools and one recently (March 2014) extended & refurbished inside) football, archery, tennis courts, crazy golf, multi-sport court and play area. We have a teenage granddaughter and this site is ideal because of the facilities for teens.

Amenity passes are required for the complex (covers all the entertainment, indoor pool, restaurants etc.) which can be purchased on arrival or reserved with your holiday booking.

The site also has a convenience store, take away and a Papa John’s Pizza.

If out and about, you'll find the beach just short walking distance from the Burnham on Sea Holiday Village; stroll along the promenade and find the town centre with its many shops, cafes, take-aways and bars including a Wetherspoon pub. Opposite Wetherspoon’s is a new Morrison supermarket, and 5 minutes’ drive from the Holiday Village is a new Asda and Tesco.

There are loads of places to explore in the area, including Wookey Hole, Brean Sands Adventure Park, Cricket St Thomas and much, much more!!!

For shopaholics, Ikea is one hour away, Cribbs Causeway Shopping Mall 40 minutes, and Clarks Designer Village is only 45 minutes.

There is a bus stop on the site with buses going to all the nearby towns
