We have a very spacious caravan situated in a very popular, prime position on a five star site with wonderful sea views and just a two minute walk from the beach. There is a grassed area adjacent to the caravan and a full length veranda for you to enjoy. We have repeat satisfied customers year after year.
The caravan has three bedrooms; one double (TV included) and two twin, with a further sofa bed in the lounge area.
The spacious bathroom comes complete with a toilet, wash hand basin and shower cubicle.
The fully equipped kitchen has a built-in gas cooker, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster.
The lounge has a fitted gas fire and flat screen TV, leading to a large shaped dining room table
The caravan has two doors leading to the impressive full length, gated decking area where you will find a large table and chairs for your relaxation and al-fresco dining.
For your peace of mind, the caravan is fitted with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide alarm, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
Sheets,Duvets and covers, pillows and cases along with mattress covers are all in place and freshly laundered for your arrival..
Gas, electric and water are all included in the price.
Our bookings run from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights).
Check in is from 2pm with check out at 10am
The full balance of your holiday must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before your holiday. If the balance is not paid within the agreed time your booking will be cancelled.
We would recommend you take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation, to cover for this eventuality.
For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival full payment will be required
The caravan is strictly no smoking and no pets, with the exception of assistance dogs

Devon Cliffs Pass Prices 2020
If you wish to use the Devon Cliffs facilities including the swimming pools, children's club and entertainment complex you will need to purchase a pass.
You can buy individual passes or a caravan pass that covers all occupants but you will still receive a pass each, just choose the cheapest option for your group. If your holiday overlaps between peak and off-peak then you will be charged the rate of where most days of your holiday are.
Children under 4 years old do not need a pass, age 16 years and above is classed as an adult.
Prepaid passes are collected from Devon Cliffs check in on your day of arrival. If you have not prepaid passes you can still purchase them on the day but will be charged £2 extra per person than prices quoted below. Passes are not refundable and cannot be transferred, if you lose your pass you will need to pay full price to get a replacement.
