We have a well furnished, two bedroom Cosalt Harmony that is situated on the VB area of La Carabasse, just a short walk to the bar & restaurant.
Our well-furnished Cosalt Harmony, 2 Bedroom holiday home is located on a beautiful landscaped plot in a quiet cul-de-sac in the VB area of La Carabasse, which is just a short walk from the Atoll bar and restaurant, away from the main core of entertainment.
The home comprises of a large double bedroom with 2 double wardrobe, drawers and an en-suite shower room with toilet and basin, plus hairdryer and cabinet. The second bedroom consists of 2 larger than normal single beds, a double wardrobe and over bed cupboards. Next to this room is a second shower with toilet and basin.
All beds are supplied with pillows and duvets. We normally do not supply bed linen & towels, but for those flying in, we may be able to help - please contact us.
The living area has a U shaped sofa with pull-out 4' bed, an electric heater and air conditioning unit, along with a 29" TV with English Freesat channels, a DVD player and iPod dock. A dining table with 4 padded chairs are located adjacent for internal dining. A Sky box is also available should you want to bring your Sky viewing card. It takes seconds to pair your card to the box online.
The kitchen is very well-equipped, exceeding the required itinerary, with a fridge/freezer, gas hob/oven, small electric oven/grill, halogen oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The utility cupboard houses another fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. A new Whirlpool washing machine has recently been installed and will be made available. We do ask that towels used on the beach are washed at the site launderette & not in our washing machine.
Externally there is a raised decking area with a canopy for shade or shelter, along with a table and 6 chairs for outside dining.
The lower level of the plot has been beautifully landscaped with a patio area for sunbathing. Sun loungers and a parasol are provided. There is a drive at the front of the home for car parking.
The home is fed by mains gas.
Terms & Conditions
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of a booking, plus a £150 refundable damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded following your departure and check of inventory and cleaning check by on site cleaners.
The balance of the rental must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. If the booking made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the full rental amount is to be paid upon booking.
The rental cost does not include any fun passes, which are required for your use of the pool and kids' clubs. You will need to purchase these from the Siblu reception.
Access to the accommodation cannot be made before 3pm and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
On booking our home, you agree to be considerate, taking care of our home and respect those in neighbouring homes. You also agree to comply fully with the park rules, especially those regarding noise after 12.30am.
We and Siblu do not accept bookings from all male and/or all female groups.
Siblu will require the names and ages of all guests before their arrival.
The accommodation is a 6 berth and is insured accordingly. This is NOT to be exceeded at any time.
La Carabasse Park
La Carabasse is a well-maintained park achieving a 4 star rating. It boasts a large pool complex with flumes/slides, children's swim area and paddling pool for toddlers. There is a refreshment kiosk within this area and bar and snack bar just outside the entrance. The pools are heavily policed by numerous lifeguards.
Fun clubs are run by Siblu for the children during the day and early evening.
In high season, family entertainment is held in evening at the Archipel bar and stage area and in the Atoll bar out of season.
The park has a large sports pitch, boules pitch, tennis courts, children's play park and cycle hire. There is also a well-stocked shop/bakery with excellent butchers on site.
As mentioned, there are 2 bars, Archipel & The Atoll, with a restaurant next door which is popular for takeaways as well as dining in.
The Local Area
Vias Plage is gifted with several beautiful beaches and numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
The beaches are all within walking distance and there are water sport activities and bar/restaurants on the beach.
The small historic town of Vias is within walking distance. Here you will pass Euro Fun Park and over the famous Canal Du Midi. In the town there are a few bars, shops restaurants and Saturday's & Wednesday's large market is held. There are also two supermarkets within the town.
Further afield are some beautiful historic towns such as Pezenas, Beziers, Montpellier, Carcassonne and Agde. A visit to one of the numerous vineyards is a must. There are also numerous activities close by such as go karting, horse riding, boat trips and canoeing.
The bus and train services are very good and the area is served by several airports, such as Carcassonne and Montpellier, but the nearest is Beziers which is only 8 minutes away by car, taxi or bus.
