Caravan Description
We have a lovely 3 bedroom caravan on a spacious plot that benefits from the sun the majority of the day, which is positioned close to all the amenities on site.
Our caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin with beds that can be pushed into a double if needed, and a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, with a small top bunk suitable for a child from 5 years). There is a double sofa bed available in the lounge too.
Duvets and pillows are supplied. You need to bring your own covers, sheets and towels.
In the lounge is a DVD player for your use, along with an electric heater.
The bathroom has a good sized shower. The toilet is a separate; ideal for larger families.
The kitchen is well-equipped, just like a real home from home. You will find an oven, 4 ring hob and grill, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and a slow cooker. The dining area will seat 6 inside and you also have a large table and chairs on the decking for long lunches or a BBQ. There is also a gazebo fixed onto the decking to enhance the outdoor eating experience.
We are able to offer a discount code on a ferry crossing for anyone booking our caravan and wish to travel with Brittany Ferries. This will be given once a deposit has been received.

About the Area
Camping du Quinquis is ideal for families who enjoy holidaying on a family friendly site. It is a 3 star campsite..The site has 3 swimming pools, including a paddling pool for toddlers and young children. There are 2 outdoor play areas, football pitches, table tennis tables, a tennis court.. There are various sports tournaments open to all ages held each week; a great way for your children to make friends.
There is a take away open most evenings and a family friendly bar that has numerous entertainment evenings each week. The bar is well placed next to the pool complex to help keep you cool whilst lying in the sun!
The reception has a mini shop and bread ordering facility, and the staff are wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful.
The local town of Clohar has a supermarket, butcher, patisserie and banks, so is great for all the essentials.
Guidel, 10 minute drive away, has a wonderful Sunday market as well as a large supermarket with great wine choice.
The beaches are a short drive away and are stunning.
There are plenty of walks; a favourite is along the river Laita to Le Pouldu Port. Markets run most days in the local area and are well worth a visit.
Doelan is a picture-perfect port, where you can easily spend an afternoon at one of the cafés and bars.
Pont Aven has everything; great walks, lovely shops and galleries, as well as places to eat. There are many festivals and fetes that you are welcome to attend; the Lorient festival is a world famous Celtic one, which has something for everyone.
Concarneau is a walled town that is worth a visit too.
