Providing direct contact with the Holiday Home owner
Situated in a cul-de-sac (used by 2 mobile homes only) our privately owned mobile home is conveniently located in an elevated position at the top of the site, with parking next to the mobile home.
It is close to the 2 swimming pools and the restaurant/bar.
To the exterior of the mobile home there are two areas in which to relax. The enclosed decked section, which has a shaded area with outdoor lighting where you will find a dining table and chairs, and a seating area with rattan lounge furniture. There is also a gas BBQ and work station for your use. A few steps from the decked section takes you to a fenced and part paved, elevated patio section with sun loungers, small table, large parasol and additional fridge for those all important cold drinks.
The mobile home has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin rooms). The beds in one of the twin rooms can be pushed together to make a double if required. There is also a pull-out bed in the living area. The double bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, locker cupboards above the bed, bedside tables, a mirror and fan. The twin rooms each have a smaller wardrobe and a bedside table with one room having additional locker cupboards above the twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a freestanding cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, together with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans etc.
The living area has plenty of seating, a table, TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a fitted air conditioning unit for those hot summer days and you will also find a selection of books, board games, cards and DVDs for your use. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided.
The bathroom comprises of a bathroom cabinet, sink with vanity unit, toilet and small bath (ideal for young children) with a shower above.
Pillows and duvets are provided. Clients are expected to bring their own bed linen. Alternatively, bed linen can be supplied at an additional charge if arranged in advance of arrival.
Water, gas and electricity are included at no extra cost.
Bookings during high season are usually Saturday to Saturday. However, it may be possible to be flexible on this.
Local tourist tax is payable at Reception on arrival for adults and children over the age of 13 (0.61 euro per day in 2015) together with a 20 euro fee per booking payable to Le Dattier. These charges are not included in our prices.
A refundable deposit of 100 euros is payable upon arrival for security against damages, loss or cleaning costs. Provided the mobile home is left in the same condition as when you arrived this will be returned to you upon your departure.
