Caravan Description
Superb 8 berth holiday home to let on the beautiful Quinquis holiday site in Brittany.
This fantastic 3 bedroom mobile home sleeps 8 in comfort. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom, plus a double bed made up in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are provided; you just need your own quilt covers, sheets and pillow cases.
The large, comfortable lounge diner has ample seating, an electric fire, TV/DVD with lots of DVDs (no TV reception on site), and an extendable dining table looking out on to the decking. Board games are also provided for your use.
The fully equipped kitchen looks out over rolling French meadows and includes a full cooker with oven, microwave, full fridge with ice box and all pots, pans, cups, glasses etc. - everything you could need in the kitchen.
The mobile home has a shower room with toilet, plus a separate second toilet - a must for a large family.
Outside we have a lovey deck with canopy and table and chairs to enjoy the peaceful, long French evenings. Our pitch is a quiet corner pitch with woods to the rear, and is only a short walk from the site amenities.

About the Area
Camping du Quinquis is run by a English family, so no language barriers. They are extremely welcoming and helpful and will even book you a table at the local restaurant! They are always about the site and happy to chat and give help or advice.On site there is an excellent takeaway and a friendly bar that holds evening events such as competitions, quizzes and karaoke, and also shows most major sports on TV. There's also a live band on at least once a week.
Bike hire and laundry facilities are available.
There's even a zoo next door!!!
This is a 'family' site so no late night raves here - it's peaceful and respectful of others. There is no music after 11pm either, which is the local rule.
The local area is amazing; very French and very beautiful. Just down the road is the port of Le Pouldu on the bank of the river Laita with miles of sandy beaches and rock pools. Cross the river by ferry for just €1 or hire a kayak and explore the estuary. There's also a wide choice of places to eat to suit your taste; try the ice cream parlour only a few minutes drive away -you'll see the signs as you drive to town.
