Our mobile home is situated at La Carabasse; the superb Siblu park with the highest standard of cleanliness and facilities, located just outside the town of Vias.

It is a spacious three bedroom IRM, and Siblu designated ‘Excellence’ mobile home.

The mobile is very modern and contains everything you will need to make your stay a pleasant one.

The three bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom with 4' 6"double bed and fitted wardrobes, and at the other end of the mobile home two twin bedrooms, each with 2 full size single beds and fitted wardrobes.

The mobile home also has air conditioning, which can be important during the summer months.

The main bathroom is found at the same end of the home as the double bedroom and contains a wash basin and fully fitted shower, plus a small hairdryer and plenty of shelf space. There is a separate toilet.

The central living area comprises of a large sofa, which folds out to an extra double bed, an extendable table and chairs and a TV.

The kitchen is open plan and adjoins the living area. It comprises of a gas hob (mains gas), oven/microwave and fridge freezer, and is fully equipped with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, coffee machine and most importantly, plenty of glasses so you can enjoy the beautiful local wine.

Outside you will find a generous decking area, open at both sides, with a full set of garden patio furniture for ‘al fresco’ dining, plus two sun loungers. There is also a barbecue on a small patio area for outdoor cooking. In front of the deck you have a full parking space for the car.

We provide two European adapter plugs for your own bits and pieces.

We also provide duvets and pillows, but you will need to provide your own linen and towels. Alternatively, these can be hired from reception.

Bookings

At the time of booking, we require a non refundable 30% deposit. The balance of the full payment is payable 8 weeks before your due arrival date. Also at this time, with the balance, we require a £200 refundable damage/cleaning deposit. This deposit will be returned to you promptly after your departure if everything is deemed fine in the mobile upon checking and when keys are returned.

Our rental period is from Saturday to Saturday and the mobile will be available at 3pm on date of arrival. We generally require the mobile to be vacated by 10am, but some flexibility may be possible.

Fun passes are available to purchase from reception.

We let the mobile home on the basis that you 'leave it as you found it' and leave it clean for the next occupants. Should it be necessary to clean the mobile after your use, funds will be withheld from your £200 refundable deposit.

Location

The 4 star La Carabasse holiday resort is the flagship Siblu site, situated approximately 500m from sandy beaches on the Mediterranean coast. It is a truly fantastic, clean and inviting get away for everyone, especially families.

The beaches are an easy walk through Vias Plage, where you can take in shops, bars, cafés and restaurants, or along a smaller sandy shortcut at the back of the park to where you’ll find La Carabasse Beach Club, which serves food and drink and provides water sport activities.

If you prefer to take a relaxing stroll or cycle you are right beside the world famous Canal du Midi.

The magnificent on site pool complex is always a big hit with its 3 pools, a bubble pool and waterslides, or there are plenty of sun loungers for those who just want to relax and unwind with a good book. Lifeguards are on duty at all times making it a very safe and clean environment.

Next to the pool is the main entertainment area (The Archipel) with a stage for evening entertainment, a café/bar, fast food, games room and a table tennis area. The site management organise games, competitions and fantastic shows to provide a varied programme of family entertainment.

There is another café/bar near the park entrance (The Atoll) which is also open all day, and a very popular restaurant/pizzeria adjoins this. There is a well-equipped mini market on site too with an excellent butchers and bakery.

Children are well catered for in kids clubs for three different age groups, which will keep them entertained twice daily in a very secure environment, giving parents the chance of a little break!

Also on site is the reception with friendly, helpful staff, an all weather sports area, two kids' play areas, two launderettes, two tennis courts, a petanque pitch, volleyball and bike hire. Wi-Fi is available and can be obtained for a nominal charge.

How to Get Here

Vias is very accessible by air with many airports within a 2 hour radius. The nearest is Beziers – Vias airport which is only 5 minutes away. After this you have Montpellier, Carcassonne and Perpignan airports, approximately an hour away. About 2 hours drive away you have Girona – Barcelona, Toulouse and Rodez airports. Most of these airports are serviced by low cost airlines Ryanair, Easyjet and Flybe. Car hire companies are at all these airports and taxi services are available to book from all these airports to La Carabasse at reasonable rates if you would prefer not to drive.
