Caravan Description
Our ABI Highlander is situated on Bois Dormant, a 4 star, wooded site close to the seaside resort of St Jean de Monts.
The caravan has a large lounge with 2 x 3 seater settees, a dining table with 4 chairs and TV with built-in DVD player and Freesat box. Wi-Fi can be bought from reception at a charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an integrated fridge and freezer, a gas oven and hob with 4 burners, a microwave and toaster.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and ample wardrobe space, along with an en-suite toilet with wash basin. The other bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. In addition, one of the settees in the lounge can be made into a double bed.
The main bathroom has a power shower, wash basin and toilet.
There is a combi boiler, which provides all the hot water and central heating to the caravan, so no messing about with gas bottles (unless you want to use the BBQ) as we have piped gas direct to the van.
Outside there is a hard standing for one car alongside.
All the beds have duvets and pillows, but no linen so you will have to bring your own. However, there are laundry facilities on site.
Should you decide to rent our home we would appreciate it if you leave it clean and tidy, ready for the next occupants.
A deposit of £50 will be required at the time of booking.

About the Area
Bois Dormant has 2 swimming pools, a bar, restaurant and take away, plus tennis courts etc. There is also a sister site across the road, Bois Masson, which has a gym and indoor and outdoor pools, along with an excellent restaurant and bar. In the high season there is a small supermarket too; ideal for your fresh bread etc.The main supermarket is only 1 mile down the road and if you go into St Jean you will find plenty of shops and another supermarket, plus bars and eateries. There is also a market each Wednesday and Saturday in the town square. St Jean has a lovely flat beach, which is very clean and ideal for children or the water sports enthusiast.
The lovely fishing village of St Gilles de Croix is approximately 10 miles away, where you will find an abundance of shops and restaurants etc.
