Caravan Description

Our recently refurbished mobile home is a French style unit that will accommodate 4-6 people with 1 double bedroom, fitted wardrobe and overhead cupboards.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a pull down bunk bed and a fitted wardrobe. Ample quilts and pillows are provided. Linen can be hired, please ask on booking.

There is a shower room with wash basin and a separate toilet.

The open plan air-conditioned dining/sitting/kitchen has an L shaped sitting area which can be converted into a single bed. Radio/CD and French T.V., satellite T.V. (free Sky channels only) with DVD player are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery cutlery etc., gas hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. Electric wall heaters are provided in all rooms if needed.

Patio doors lead to the large outdoor paved and decked area with table chairs and sunbeds also a large substantial gazebo providing full sun or shade.

The patio is surrounded by a mature Oleander hedge and shrubs providing privacy in a natural atmosphere.

There is a 25 metre swimming pool, smaller heated pool with a 50 metre slide and Jacuzzi's. Water games, scuba and swimming lessons and aquarobics are a regular feature in the pool.

A large heated enclosed area with water features and a large jacuzzi is provided for parents and young children. This has a sliding glass roof for inclement days.

Bathing costumes or tightly fitting boxers only is a requirement in the pools. Wrist bands are also a requirement and are provided free on arrival at reception.

The restaurant/Bar over looks the floodlit pool and stage for evening entertainment. Takeaways available.

There is on site a well stocked shop (bread baked daily), hairdresser, visiting Doctor, evening market, disco, library, children's club, table tennis, archery, tennis, mini golf, boule, children's playground and fitness centre. Escorted walks are arranged from the site. Nearby are two golf courses special rates are available at reception.

Friendly reception staff speak most European languages including English. They print a weekly programme of entertainment, have leaflets of excursions etc in the area. There is a bus service to St Raphael and Frejus a few minutes walk from the site entrance.

The site has a good security system 24 hours a day and excellent fire precautions.

Available to hire on site are Bed Linen,(requirement should be indicated on booking), Gas B.B.Q's, and Bicycles.

There are no cleaners so it is requested that the mobile home is left as it is found a refundable 300€ deposit will be required by reception on arrival to cover any breakages, 120€ will be retained if accommodation is not left satisfactorily clean. Please note reception will require 48 hours notice of time of departure for checking porposes.

A deposit of 20% to owners is required on booking, balance to be paid 2 weeks before arrival.

Tourist tax of 0.66€ per night is charged for those over 18 years payable to reception on arrival.
