An opportunity to hire a superb, Regal Inspiration (39' x 12.5') holiday lodge offering home from home comforts with the added value of beautiful, uninterrupted views of the Jurassic coastline.
Bay View Lodge has gas central heating, gas is not included and top-ups can be purchased at reception, and full double glazing, and provides on entry, a spacious hallway that gives access to all rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, full size gas hob and electric oven, in-built fridge and freezer and also handy washing machine. The kitchen leads onto the dining area with table and chairs.
This then leads to the spacious lounge with beautiful soft furnishings to compliment the large sofa areas (which transform to a double bed) plus a wall mounted remote control fire for those cosy nights in.
Also, you will find a flat screen TV and HD/Blu-Ray DVD player. From the lounge you can take in the views of the beautiful coastline.
From here you have access via double French doors to the large decking area where you can take in more uninterrupted views of Devon whilst relaxing and dining on the outdoor furniture, which includes tables, chairs and sofa areas.
The master bedroom has a sumptuous bed, bedside tables, vanity unity and large fitted wardrobes, with the added luxury of en-suite sink and WC. The second bedroom provides two single beds, a lamp table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV with in-built DVD player. Both bedrooms have lovely soft furnishings and will come equipped with quilts, pillows and linen.
The main bathroom has the luxury of a bath with overhead shower, along with a toilet and sink.
The Lodge is situated on a large plot providing paved areas for parking for two vehicles anda grassed area for outdoor activities.

About the Area
Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a family owned Park, and its ability to provide facilities and entertainment for all age groups has made it an award winning holiday park over a number of years.Along with the very helpful and friendly staff you are surrounded by well-equipped and maintained facilities and grounds.
The Reception area is manned until late and provides a good source of information on what is happening not just on site but in the surrounding area. Also, this is where you collect keys and have the opportunity to hire linen, towels, cots, high chairs etc.
Ladram Bay has its very own private pebbled beach (no dogs allowed) to relax and lie back on or be a bit more adventurous and take out a canoe, windsurf or maybe just a leisurely swim will do.
On site you will find a large indoor swimming pool, an adventure playground, a football field, crazy golf, an arcade and boat launch facilities.
They are a number of eateries on site which provide a wide variety of food options. Pebbles Restaurant provides all day food from breakfast to dinner with a varied menu plus themed night menus and the traditional and very popular Sunday Roast Dinner.
The Coast Cafe serves again breakfast to dinner varied menus or the option for refreshments/snacks and ice cream. It also has the added advantage of a fish and chip shop where you will find food choices found at your local "chippy".
Very near to the beach you will find The Sea view Shack for snacks, refreshments and of course ice cream.
There is a well-stocked grocery shop, which caters for all needs including every day shopping items (some locally sourced) swimwear, gifts, tools and newspapers plus much more.
The Three Rocks incorporates Waves Bar, Pebbles Restaurant and Pirates Amusements. Waves Bar is the place to be on an evening where you will find a good varied programme of entertainment, which includes live bands, magicians, the Ladram Bay Green Coats and Bingo. The full year’s entrainment programme can be viewed on the Ladram Bay website. During the day the Green Coats provide a programme of activities for younger visitors (please enquire at Reception on arrival for full details).
Out & About
There are numerous activities to be undertaken from gentle walks along the coastal paths from the site or visits to the surrounding sea side towns. Otterton is the closest village being 1/2 a mile away where you can visit the local public house or go to the very popular Mill for refreshments, lunches and teas plus home cooked bread, cakes to take away. A walk to Sidmouth or Budleigh Salterton (3-4 miles) or maybe a meal at one of the numerous local country pubs. Exmouth is only a short drive away to take advantage of another beautiful beach and Crealy Adventure Park and Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary are well worth a visit too.
Ladram Bay is in easy reach of the M5 or the A303 and offers something for everyone, so contact us and have a great holiday experience.
