The chalet sleeps 4, but a z-bed can be provided for an additional person at a cost of £20.

This is a well kept chalet on a popular site near to the beach and the amenities.
The lounge/diner/kitchen of the chalet is open plan.
The kitchen is fitted and has a white wood finish with plenty of storage space. Utensils and crockery are proved, as is a microwave, integrated fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, plus a tea towel, dish cloth, washing up liquid and cleaning products. Hot water is provided by a wall heater. The floor is tiled.
The lounge has a three seater sofa with a armchair, plus a pine dining table with 4 fold-away chairs. There is also an electric wall heater in the lounge that shows artificial flames, plus a wall-mounted, flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview. In case of a rainy day a selection of DVDs are provided for your use. The floor is laminated.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, a double door wardrobe, a bedside cabinet and a freestanding Dimplex wall heater.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, storage, bedside cabinets and a Dimplex wall heater.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen is provided. Towels are not included.
The bathroom consists of a walk-in electric shower cubicle, wash basin and separate WC. Provided is: loo roll, cleaning products and mats.
The electric is by card meter – cards are purchased from Club Belle. The unit cost of electricity is determined by the site owner.
The Park is well maintained with large grassed areas surrounding the chalets. Chalet 240 is in the middle of a block of five chalets and to the front of Chalet 240 is a grassed area for children to play or just sit and be!
Chalet 240 is on the edge of the Park, so a bit quieter as the chalet is not en route to anywhere! However, the site's facilities are just a short walk away.
The Park is flat making it easy for young and the young at heart to get around.
Cars are not allowed in front of the chalets as there is a free car park adjacent to the chalet, making it safe for pedestrians.
Provided for your use is a patio set where you can watch the children play, or even eat ‘al-fresco’. There's also chairs for you to take to the beach.
A stair gate is also provided for days when you want the door open, but keep children and dogs safe.
A deposit of £75 is required on booking with the final amount payable 28 days before the start of your holiday.
I can also offer a payment plan to help spread the cost. Booking Conditions will be sent out with Booking Form.
The holiday week runs from 2pm Saturday to Saturday, but in school holiday weeks booking in is 3pm.
