Caravan Description
Welcome to our fully equipped caravan which offers views over Filey Bay. The ABI Horizon was brand new for the 2016 season.
It is in on Rowan Close, in a quiet area, yet close to all the park's facilities, and you can park directly behind the caravan.
7 day holidays run from Friday to Friday, 3 day holidays can be taken from Friday to Monday and 4 day holidays from Monday to Friday.
The caravan is fully equipped and has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin. All the bedrooms have electric warm air heaters.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and a full supply of pans, kitchen implements, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
There is a shower room with toilet and washbasin plus an additional room with a second toilet and washbasin.
The lounge has a gas fire and Flat screen TV and DVD player.
Quilts, pillows, gas and electricity are included in the rental price. Bed linen can be provided at an extra cost, please ask.
All electrical items are PAT tested. Gas appliances are tested annually and there is a current gas safety certificate in place. For your added safety and peace of mind there is a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher (all tested and up to date).
Deposit
We ask for a deposit of £100 on full weeks and £50 on short breaks to secure your booking. Payment of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.
We also request a £50 break/cleaning bond which is refundable after the caravan has been checked following departure. Any breakages, losses, damage or additional cleaning necessary due to smoking, as all caravans on this site are non-smoking, will be deducted from the bond. Minor breakages, for example the odd glass or mug are not normally charged for.
Entertainment passes are available to purchase from the Reception and are not included in the price. Pass prices vary from year to year and also depending on the season. Prices can be supplied on request.

About the Area
Reighton Sands Holiday Park is on a cliff top overlooking five miles of sandy beach, with direct access to the beach from the Park.Filey, Bridlington, Scarborough and the Bempton Bird Sanctuary are nearby. The bird sanctuary has a wide variety of birds, and in spring and early summer you may get to see the puffins. It is possible to walk to Bempton Bird Sanctuary along the cliff top path, and to walk along the beach from Reighton sands to Filey, but be sure to check the tide tables before setting out!
The pirate ship ride from Bridlington harbour is inexpensive and always popular with the little ones. Slightly further afield are Whitby and the North Yorkshire moors.
From the holiday park there is a regular bus service or it is just a short drive to Filey 4.7 miles, Bridlington 6.6 miles, Scarborough 11 miles and Whitby 31 miles.
Filey is a traditional English seaside resort and fishing town. Most of the town stands above the sea on a cliff, which provides beautiful views of the bay below. The bay runs from Filey Brigg past Reighton Sands to the chalk cliffs of Speeton.
Reighton Sands Holiday Park is situated in a commanding position high on the cliff top above Filey, with stunning views of the 5 mile stretch of sandy beach from Speeton to Filey; perfect for splashing in the sea, surfing, fossil hunting and beach games.
Funworks (passes for which can be purchased from reception) provides many facilities including:
A fish and chip shop. Hawk wood Restaurant and Bar with pool table, beer garden and play area. Show Bar with evening and daytime entertainment programmes for adults and children. Indoor pool and outdoor lazy river. Outdoor children's play areas. Indoor soft play area for smaller children. Sports programme (extra charge).
Also on site is a shop with bakery and off licence, and a 140 acre, 9 hole, par 34 golf course with panoramic views across Filey Bay.
