Caravan Description

We have a fabulous luxury holiday home, with double glazing and full central heating, which is in immaculate condition throughout.

This Willerby Leven static holiday caravan measures an impressive 37'x12', which offers spacious holiday accommodation for the whole family.

The caravan also has a south facing aspect with a raised decking area to the front, which includes a patio table and chairs for your relaxation.

Our holiday home comfortably sleeps four people in one double (king size) and one twin (2 singles) bedrooms. All bedding will be provided.

The master bedroom has its own en-suite WC and wash basin.

The master bedroom is also equipped with its own TV with built in Freeview, and there is generous storage space in the form of built-in wardrobes and overhead cupboards.

The spacious lounge, with family seating area, gas fire and radiator, also has a large full HD TV with built-in Freeview, along with a Blu-Ray DVD player and a hi-fi system for your enjoyment. Free WI-FI provided.

There is a separate dining area and a very well appointed kitchen, which is equipped with a full size family cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils to make your stay a pleasant one. There is adequate worktop space for food preparation and plenty of cupboard storage space.

Other items provided are an iron and ironing board, along with a vacuum cleaner if required.

The family bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and a roomy shower with an adjustable multi-setting head; the hot water being provided by a gas supplied combi-boiler.

The gas and electric providing the hot water and heating is included in the price.

Limited Electric Vehicle charging points are available in the main car park. However Park Rules do not permit charging of vehicle directly from the caravan. Please note.

Parking is adjacent to the caravan with another seating area to the side.

The beach at Newtown is only a two minute walk. Sandy Bay and Trecco Bay beaches are also within easy walking distance. The family entertainment centre is just a short two minute walk away. Coney Beach Funfair is also in easy walking distance and offers much fun for the younger members of the family.

Booking Conditions

A £50 Deposit is required on booking.

An additional £100 Damages Bond is required with the final balance, which will be returned within fourteen days of departure following successful inspection of the caravan.

Check in: Day of arrival 3pm / Check out: Day of departure 10am

Activity/Entertainment Passes are not included in the cost of hire of the caravan. However, they can be purchased from the reception at Trecco Bay.

No Single Sexed Groups.

Payment is by Internet direct into bank account, bank transfer or cheque.
