A superior, top of the range holiday home with en-suite toilet off the main bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a comfortable bed settee in the lounge.

It is stylishly spacious with lots of light from the velux windows and patio doors, and benefits from a large outside decking area with outdoor dining table and seating.
The lounge has a large flat screen TV, DVD and electric fire.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, along with a full-size oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and a large American style upright fridge/freezer.
The bathroom is stylishly equipped and has an extra large shower cubicle, with storage and shelving.
The home overlooks a large open area of lawn and is south facing, so it enjoys the sun all day long on the veranda, nestled in woodland to the rear. It is peaceful and relaxing, with lots of open space surrounding the home.

About the Area
Trevella Park is in a beautiful natural parkland setting, with two well-stocked fishing lakes, fishing equipment hire, crazy golf, an outdoor heated pool with toddler pool, an adventure playground, plus an additional playground for younger children, with lots of open space for games and play, or a relaxed picnic. There's also a mini-market shop and off licence, as well as a pet's corner for little ones and a cafe.Crantock beach is within walking distance of around 30 minutes through woodland, fields and coastline paths - or just 5 minutes drive away. It is ideal for walkers, with many routes that cling to the coastline.
Newquay is a short drive of 3 miles with its many beautiful beaches and coastal paths, a fishing harbour and a zoo set in lakeside gardens. There's also the Blue Reef Aquarium and other attractions, plus several large supermarkets to choose from.
There is a regular bus service to Newquay from the entrance to the holiday park.
The staff at the park reception are very friendly and helpful if you have any enquiries about local attractions etc.
This is an ideal location for exploring the pretty local towns and villages along the coastline, or just relaxing in the peaceful, quiet surroundings.
