Swift Burgundy, 2 bedroom, privately owned Holiday Home is available for holidays in Weymouth Dorset.
It has all room heating and double glazing and is located in a nice raised, tiered area with its own parking, just a very short distance from all the facilities at the Haven's award winning Littlesea Holiday Park.
There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, plus a double pull-out bed in the living area. Also in the living area there is plenty of comfy seating, a dining table, a gas fire and 32" LCD flat screen TV with Freeview.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with full size gas cooker (safety tested for the holiday season), microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
There is also a toaster and kettle, together with all the cutlery and saucepans you would need to cook for your whole family.
The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, hand basin and an excellent shower, plus heated towel rail.
Gas and Electric are included in your holiday price.
Duvets and pillows are supplied, but you will require your own linen, tea towels and bath towels.
Check out time is 10am.
No pets are allowed and the Holiday Home is a non smoking area.
Littlesea charges extra for the Funworks passes to use all facilities; prices available from Littlesea direct.
So these are not included in our bookings.
To secure a booking please contact the owner by e mail or phone.
A booking deposit of £100 for 7 night and £50 for short breaks (bank transfer or cheque) is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable until your holiday is completed, the home checked and keys returned. Full payment of holiday cost is required on arrival.
Once you arrive the booking deposit will become the security for cleanliness and damage, which is returned after your stay by cheque subject to it being clean and undamaged.
Holiday insurance is your own responsibility.
For the whole season including school holidays, our caravan is available for 7 night bookings starting 4pm Fridays to 10am the following Friday, to allow for cleaning and hand over.
Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights are sometimes available too, please check our prices and availability link on here, for our latest deals.
No stag or hen groups are allowed site. Bookings will be checked on arrival and deposit lost if you are wrongly booked or arrive with a pet.
The owner is available on site for key collection etc.

About the Area
Our caravan is in a great location on Littlesea Holiday Park, very near all the park facilities and is overlooking the pool and veranda with a view of Fleet Lagoon.The holiday complex has recently been fully refurbished and contains a full range of superb facilities, including a dining and drinks area with views of Chesil Beach. There are 2 indoor and 1 outdoor swimming pools, a show theatre, large entertainment area, indoor and outdoor sports areas, and much more. Wireless internet is available; please contact reception.

Off site, but local there are award winning beaches, great beach and pier fishing, plus a multitude of pubs with grub and restaurants within walking distance - even one with a bowling alley. In Weymouth itself, situated around the town centre harbour and marina, there's some wonderfull bars eateries offering great food and late night life, crabbing places for the kids and big kids alike, stunning Jurassic coast walks, amazing diving and boat fishing, fossil hunting and so much more.
Out & About
Weymouth is approximately 3 miles away and a very good bus service operates reguarly from the park. The town has a very good sandy beach, Sea Life Centre and all the normal facilities of a good sea side holiday town.
Nearby there are plenty of places to visit, including Isle of Portland with the National sailing acadamy, and Portland Bill light house, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle,Tank museum, Nothe Fort, Monkey World, Sealife Centre and Tower, etc. etc.
The owner has access to a well fitted catamaran diving and fishing boat and can arrange trips for individuals and groups at discounted prices
